Baked goods are quite good, but the customer service organization is lacking a bit. Case in point, group of about 20 young girls (soccer team ? . The coach commandeered all 3 registers, as each girl figured out their order. Then when all orders arecomplete, coach went to each register to pay the bill. In my opinion, Panera should have dedicated 1 (or 2 registers to theteam and left a register open for other customers.
