"The worst service I've ever had. We arrived at 6pm, it was extremely busy due to the storm the Day before and power outages everywhere. We had a party of 16. We were seated, and nothing for 30 minutes. Finally got drinks.. another 30 minutes took our order. We waited 2 1/2 hours before she even acknowledged our existence We should have left, but we didn't. Everyone around us was getting served. Except us another table. Waitress never came and checked on our table . Finally, one of our party hunted down our waitress and said hey. We have been here 2 1/2 hours. No appetizers, no water, where is our food? Totally ridiculous. I watched other waitresses running around and checking their tables, ours only showed up 2 times. Didn't even know who ordered what . Worst experience I have every had and will never go back. I get the situation I work retail and the public, this was unacceptable service. I would be checking all my tables . Making sure they had drinks and appetizers even if main course was delayed. People came in after us and got served and left before we got a second glass of water. You need to do better"
