"I recently dined at this restaurant again and unfortunately, I have to lower my rating due to the poor service. We waited for about an hour for our food without being able to get the attention of our waitress. When we finally did, we mentioned our time constraint and she said she would have the kitchen prepare our meals. However, it took another hour for the food to arrive. Although the few bites we managed to eat were good, the overall experience left a sour taste in our mouths. I recommend ordering dishes with extra spice to enhance the flavors. Despite the service issue, I appreciate the variety of vegan options on the menu and the appealing decor of the restaurant. I would consider dining here again, as the food was still enjoyable."

"I highly recommend the Taste of Beirut as a starter to share. My father, who is very picky, ordered the Salmon and said it was the best he had ever tasted. The Shawarma dishes were also excellent with generous portions. Don't forget to end your meal with some Lebanese coffee and the delicious Baklava for dessert. I noticed that everything was made fresh in-house, and I especially appreciated Chef Rachid coming to our table to ensure everything was perfect. The service and food were top-notch and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making Father's Day a fantastic experience!"

"A few days ago, my husband and I dined at Outback Steakhouse in Naples, Florida. We LOVE their food and systematically get the same when we visit. This was our first time in this place when we came in and sat fast. The name of our server was Kristin. She came by immediately and took our orders. Before we knew our salads were on the table....NICE! I started eating my Caesar Salad when I noticed something was HORRIBLY WRONG! I stopped and looked at my food and my husband and I were very disappointed! We appealed our waitress and explained our situation very discreetly. The store manager, Bridgette, came over and apologized sincerely. She asked if they could do it right and we said yes. They didn't need time to remake my salad and we were grateful. The food was delicious as always and it even offered free dessert. I really appreciate how they made it their business to eliminate the food mishap. While I did not go into the specific details of what went wrong, I will say that they have done everything human possible to correct the mistake and for it, they get absolutely 5 stars! I think it's more about how professional a situation is treated than the problem. And they did! So Outback, we're coming back!!"

"This restaurant is a little gem. We’ve been coming here over the last 3 years and it has been getting better each year. There were 4 of us and everyone had a great meal along with appetizers. The ceviche was delicious the shrimp was beautifully prepared, the pisco sours were well prepared. Highly recommended."
