"I'm not sure about who is running the place but I ordered a pizza that was obviously made careless and was not correct to my online order, but I said nothing and assumed it was just a bad night. Went there a week latter and got square pizza this time and my friend went in to get it and didn't check it till I got home. The pizza was obviously made in a questionable manner. First off the cheese was under the pizza dough which is no way an accident then the dough was barely cooked and could have got someone sick then the pizza was soaked from grease or something questionable cause it seemed like it was water logged to put it another way. I was so disgusted and offended I didn't waste my time with a complaint. At least not to that store and feel that this was either a careless act or something else that seriously needs addressed. Either way I feel that it was an offensive gesture to make a pizza this way and then the fact that it seemed to be water logged in some manner is really now putting the responsibility on me to at least try to let others know in case they eat here and to maybe check food better than I did before leaving or report anything similar to the appropriate manicipality."

"So disappointed by the service. At some point, it literally went in without being recognized by anyone. Decided to sit on an outside table, with multiple tables that are maintained, and again NOT ONCE was recognized by each server that we only waited for them to help the other tables. It wasn't until we literally had to starve a server they came to us and just said hi, you want to drink. No, sir, I want respect like any other customer. Waited over 15 minutes and the first thing that would have done should have been a sincere apology. At this point, my business would have been earned, but it wasn't. In any case, NOT will come back."

"Getting home from work i saw a card from this place on my mail box, i have never ordered pizza from this place, so i gave it a go and ordered a party pizza with pepperoni, and a few french fries, when the pizza came, it looks decent, and it tastes amazing, they did the pizza well and it was at a good price, the french fries was good as well, the only problem i had was the amount of pepperoni they add on the pizza, its nothing to crow about but if they had to improve on something, its the amount of pepperoni or any other toppings. Overall this place is Great! But add alot of pepperoni next time you get an order"

"This is based on a dine in experience. I and my party ordered our food, received our drink cups and number placard. We got our drinks and chatted it up for about 10 minutes when our pizzas were brought to our table. My pizza was hot, crust was crisp, undercarriage was not, and was somewhat flimsy. Sauce was darker red and fairly light in flavor. I ordered the Mancino's Pride. The toppings were good. Cheese seemed to me, as though it was a single cheese and not a blend. It wasn't very greasy. Overall, the pizza was pretty good. The drinks were free refills. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stop for a quick bite to eat, however, it's 3 star pizza."

"Terrible customer service. My bf and I have gotten a few pizzas here over the past year. The pizzas are pretty tasty but the service has been terrible many times. Today was bad enough that it pushed me to this review finally. After waiting for the pizza to be made, it came out with quite a few toppings we specifically asked them to hold. No one apologized in the slightest for the inconvenience of having to wait around for another 20 minutes; and when the second pizza came out still looking not quite right, the woman on shift gave us a sarcastic attitude while explaining it was indeed the correct order. Even if it had been correct finally, which it still wasn’t, that’s not how you treat customers. We drive 45 minutes to pick up pizza from this place, but after the completely unprofessional CS today and lack of attention to basic order details, we won’t be giving them our business anymore. A simple genuine apology for lack of attention to detail would have prevented this outcome."
