In advance of a gathering with people expecting to eat at 5:00, we placed our order at noon. On arriving at the store at 4:50, we were told ?sorry, we?ve been getting a lot of orders; your order won?t be done for another 35 minutes. I understand that things happen, but decent service dictates that you at least call the customer; offer a price reduction, or something, for screwing up a party?s order after the customer went to the trouble of ordering five hours ahead of time."
