"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"I'm so grateful that restaurants are now open at Buffalo Niagara International Airport! Our first stop was Anchor Bar, and it didn't disappoint. "We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"Slices are filling and service is fast and friendly... as for the discs. the dough is dense, so expect a heavy slice. Kruste is not thick, but also dense.. The dough is resistant to chewing. Sauce is wet and on saucy side... but not as tasty as I want. Cheese is abundant with beautiful train and chewing. I filled mine with some pepper flakes and oregano and it tasted perfect. Pro Tip: Ask for lunch special: 2 slices and a can soda $6."

"The food isn't bad and portions are large.. It would be nice if they could get the order right. Who ever is answering the phone does not listen and does not know the menu. When you ask for them to repeat the order the woman who is answering has an attitude. The biggest problem is her English is not very good and has a difficult understanding orders, which causes the customer not getting what they have ordered. This has happened to us several times, I may rethink and order elsewhere next time"

"Order lunch from this place periodically. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is amazing, sometimes it’s just alright.One somewhat annoying part is that you don’t always get charged the same price for the same thing. Sometimes it is about a $1 or $2 more than in the menus. Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. You don’t know if the person overcharging you by mistake, because they don’t remember the correct price or if that’s done on purpose. A $1 or 2 on a $10 order is 10-20% difference. Other than that, this place is OK for occasional ordering."

"I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. She even chatted with us about dog biscuits, which was unexpected but nice. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience."

"We placed an order at a cookie place called Cookie Lunch but never received it. After waiting for 3 hours, we went to their location only to find out that it wasn't a real business. We were eventually refunded by DoorDash, but then received calls and texts from Cookie Lunch at 12:22 claiming they were delivering our order. We had ordered from our office at 6 o'clock and had been there since 9 o'clock, so this was clearly a lie. Upon further investigation, we found a connection between Cookie Lunch, Cono Pizza, and Cookie Punch Crunch, all of which had negative reviews. It seems like they are all related and more focused on making money than actually delivering the cookies. I would not recommend ordering from any of these places. My rating would be -100 if I could give it."

"Hi! My name is Camille and I visited John’s for the first time today! I am not from the state of New Jersey. I was traveling and starving so as I was going back to DC, I saw this store and decided to give it a try! I wanted to say that this place exceeded my expectations and more! The lady at the front (Caucasian lady) greeted me with a smile and even complimented my scent. She was so kind, warm and pleasant. She took my order very swiftly and got my sandwich done in 10 minutes. My food was hot, fresh and delicious! She even brought my order out to my car! I don’t know who the owner is if this establishment, but I will say that this place will definitely prevail as they treat their customers with respect and care! "The pizza has been good since we ordered here about three years ago, but recently they have put it even more. It was absolutely amazing. The wings are great and the chopped Cobb salad is my favorite and always big enough for lunch the next day. My son usually gets burgers and pommes and he loves it and he's hard to please. Even if they say that the delivery will be awhile, they come pretty fast. It's our way to pizza place since we moved to this area. Even my father in law loves it and he is so picky because he grew up in NY. I hate to admit how often we order from here."
