"I was one of two of our five parties first ranked at RBG. The Hostess lets us know that a server would be over. Our friends went back about half an hour, but we were still excited to get a drink and appetizer before they made it. After 20 minutes to see several employees on their phones inside and 3-4 at the Hostess stand and not welcomed, I returned to the host booth to confirm whether our table was out full service or bar, as we did not see someone coming out. The hostess was very angry and said, “I thought you would want to wait for the rest of your party.” When we notify our server, we have overheard the hostess, we say to our server: “Good luck, they will be hard.” Once we were very pleasantly greeted, we had a wonderful evening enjoying the great food and drinks with really great service from Elizabeth. We just asked why someone with such an acidic attitude is the first person to meet the guests when they come to such a fun place."
