"I was one of two of our five parties first ranked at RBG. The Hostess lets us know that a server would be over. Our friends went back about half an hour, but we were still excited to get a drink and appetizer before they made it. After 20 minutes to see several employees on their phones inside and 3-4 at the Hostess stand and not welcomed, I returned to the host booth to confirm whether our table was out full service or bar, as we did not see someone coming out. I was here twice with my sister at visits from NY. The staff is always very nice, the food is really good and the beer selection is extensive. I like the leather couch they're nearby, but the second time we left, it was too cold to sit there, with people coming in and out. It is very casual and comfortable. We'll be back when I'm back in town.

No great first impression. Food was okay and the service wasn't great. We were served our appetizer and after five minutes without further attention, I had to stand up and get cutlery and plates so we could eat. In the second round, another beer was ordered and the same was received. It wasn't overcrowded, so not sure what the problem was. They live and learn how they say.
