"For a slow night the service was a little slow when we got the bill. It sat on our table for probably 15 minutes before our server. Also NOT a fan of the cash register system used now. The server must stand over you while you decide what to pay / tip. The customer is hastened and feels that they need to make a decision while the server is standing there and is waiting for the attempt to be quiet. We have seen these new check-out devices last year and do not like them at all. Please go back to a more relaxed, customer-oriented and friendly check-out. Also, just a pet Peeve, the cutlery seems flimsy, the forks seem like they bend with little effort when you choose to use the edge of the fork to cut a piece of pizza. Robuster cutlery has a better feeling and does not make the establishment cheap. Overall, things were good and often go there, but the above are some suggestions to make it better for the customer.
