"poor service. I ordered wings (hot and BBQ mix) with chicken and fries. that was waiting for 45 minutes. When the food came, I was only starved to find out there were no wings. my friend called her and told them the situation that a woman answered and said she was regrettable and she will send out another command, and that this will take another 45 minutes. I called and said this is unacceptable 2 hours for wings for their fault. she became very rude and said there was nothing I can do because I gave you sick to a superior. this superior was just as rude, so I only tied them to keep the money and the wings. I don't want it, and I hope nobody ever deals with peppino until they learn...more"

"One of the Rangers an older man was extremely rude to everyone on the course today. He was riding around giving everyone a hard time. There’s parts of the course where there is no trail for the carts so you ride on the grass, a couple of guys were in their carts nowhere near the green and he started freaking out and swearing at them saying they needed to show respect for the course and to stay off the grass. He was yelling at us and the group ahead of telling us we were slowing down the course there was absolutely no one behind us) and that we needed to tee off basically right at the people ahead of us on their second stroke about 70 yards from the tee box) then he proceeded to tell us we were not aloud to share any clubs we must use completely separate clubs. Very unhappy. Me and about 15 of my friends golf there all the time and after the past few weeks of dealing with this guy none of us will be returning. We had to rush through 18 holes unable to even set up our swing. Very unprofessional. When we proceeded to stick up for ourselves another female staff member kept yelling at us telling us to golf somewhere else and that he’s doing his job and to keep our mouths shut. We were also told if we did not speed up we were no longer aloud to finish the course, we were not moving slowly by any means, we can also only golf as fast as the people ahead of us. I hope this will be taken care of because a lot of people will not be returning due to the way he treats people. We were forced to finish 18 holes in less than 4 hours and that was with taking a 15 -20 minute break in between the back 9 and front 9."

"Ordered some take out, whole sheet pizza and 2 dozen wings 4 bleu cheese. Get out of work at 330 , Had previously ordered for 345. Get to Nirchis at 335 to grab food, already luke warm to the touch , no extra bleu cheese. Get home only to find no celery but very large baby cut carrots under the rubber wings, some with the tops not even cut off. Obviously tried to put things in the oven to warm a little which pretty much tried to dry up the couple teaspoons of sauce they used when preparing the pizza. I realize the cost of everything has skyrocketed but for $66.31 you expect a little more. We will never go back Wish I could rate a 0 instead of a 1."

"I just called this restaurant to order pizza and wing for a friend who lost her daughter I was in north carolina and tried to order for my friend who lives in binghamton terrible customer service the dame that was answered was very rude and harmful when she asked to write a simple message of tammy on the box or it was reception she told me that she could not guarantee it As soon as that happened, I told her that I would order it from somewhere else and screamed it on the phone. I would never care for terrible customer service from here again and would simply be disgusted by these personal actions."
