"poor service. I ordered wings (hot and BBQ mix) with chicken and fries. that was waiting for 45 minutes. When the food came, I was only starved to find out there were no wings. my friend called her and told them the situation that a woman answered and said she was regrettable and she will send out another command, and that this will take another 45 minutes. I called and said this is unacceptable 2 hours for wings for their fault. she became very rude and said there was nothing I can do because I gave you sick to a superior. this superior was just as rude, so I only tied them to keep the money and the wings. I don't want it, and I hope nobody ever deals with peppino until they learn...more"

my favorite pizza place in syrakus. tastes like the best pizzas I had grown up in nyc. they also have some interesting sauce options. the bbq huh the buffalo huh are both big (no I am not a purist when it comes to this dinge).

let's be honest. the pizza here is good, especially the buffalo chicken, but the prices are far too high! and the staff is consistently rude. I have been ordering for over a year pizza by peppinos, but I will not be back, especially after the treatment my friend and I have recently endured there. we have put an order for the pickup and we had a voucher for a big pizza we told them we used it. when we were there, began to pay (I gave the man over my $20) and he asked for the good, I realized that I had left it home. he kept my $20 hostage, and said he couldn't use the voucher without it in the hand. so my friend suggested that I have my friend a picture of the...more

yummmy. peppino has a great pizza. not soggy, perfectly cooked. seems like every time I order pizza in syrakus, it's the same story when they get a piece, it's quite good in the regular, but, delivery is always soggy and crust is chewing. peppinos is resistant- the pizza is always perfectly cooked.
