"We went to Zoroona's for restaurant week and tried the chicken schwarma boudin balls as an appetizer, which we found to be delightful. They were light and came with a delicious sauce that made them a new favorite for us. The entrees were items not normally on the menu, and we were told they would depend on diner's reactions. I tried the lamb osso buco for the first time and while it was well-prepared, it's not something I would order again as I'm not a fan of lamb. My wife had the Chicken Marengo, which we both agreed should be a permanent fixture on the menu due to its pleasant blend of Mediterranean spices. For dessert, we had almond creme cake and chocolate mousse. The mousse was rich but a bit heavy after a big meal, while the almond creme cake was a lighter and more subtly flavored option that we will definitely choose again in the future. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to returning to Zoroona's."

"The place is beautiful and spacious. The tables were covered in linen. We were given hot rosemary bread with an oil mixture to begin our meal. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had the fried Kubbi, a gyro, a chicken shawarma platter, and Zoroona's chicken. The portions are big and flavorful. I did not expect quality Mediterranean food in Baton Rouge, but this place has the best!"

"The owners wanted Feedbavk. I wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday. Service very slow. I understand that the staff is new and in training, so that we have not disturbed. They tried to be sure we were satisfied. We brought our own wine and there was a chance to chat. I picked extra bread. The carrot cake was excellent. My husband had the chicken francaise, it needed more lemon flavor, but was good. I had the gluten-free penne vodka, liked the brand of pasta, had a rice taste and the vodka sauce needed more taste. We will go back to the atmosphere and give them another try. New menu comes in January. It's a new place to understand. Can't judge it on a visit. I would suggest to everyone to try again."
