"Upon entering I explained they wanted to sit down. Was told to go to the back of the restaurant and wait for the waitress . Then after the waitress came to me I said I wanted to order from the deli. Apparently I wouldn?t be able to sit down unless it was by the windows. I found this rather confusing. No big deal . I ordered from the deli a half sandwich chicken salad and a chicken noodle soup a water. After standing for quite some time apparently my food was ready but nobody acknowledged that as it was put off to the side in a paper bag. The total came to $19.98. Now I should add that they gave me a bottled water which was not what I was expecting. I can only hope that the bottle water was part of that $20 charge.Still It seems rather overpriced even for Long Island. The sandwich was quite tasty but the soup was very lackluster. The soup was literally broth and noodles and nothing else. Anyways my overall impression of the experience I think warrants a two star rating, nothing better. Next time I?m in the area I?ll just go to the grocery store."

"I have ordered from here twice in the year that I have lived in Anchorage. It seems like they are popular to be in business for so long and with good reason. As you enter they greet you and they are super SUPER nice. They take your order fast which seems like they may mess it up but then when you get the food it is good and as ordered. The restaurant is clean. There is something to be said about the environment of an open kitchen as well. You won't regret trying it. I received a raffle style ticked both times I have gone for a drawing that will be hosted and the possibility of winning money from them. I am not sure how that works but I come mainly for the food and not to win. Food was good, I have ordered white rice before because I was just wanting rice and then I ordered two egg burgers, no buns, and it came as ordered by phone. good service, nice people, great price, and just what you expect from an anchorage burger place. "I use to order food from here all the time on Grubhub. But I can't order from their application, as Burrito Express has a minimum of $40 to deliver. But on Ubereats with half the menu, you can have an order delivered under $20.... . Guess I'll order from somewhere else."

"The steak burritos at this restaurant are the best in the city, and the portions are generous. Instead of just stirring the steak, they grill all cuts to perfection. The waitstaff is more than happy to accommodate any drink requests as long as they have the ingredients. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere has a Southwest feel with an authentic Mexican vibe. I would highly recommend this restaurant to a friend and love bringing guests here for dinner."
