"Upon entering I explained they wanted to sit down. Was told to go to the back of the restaurant and wait for the waitress . Then after the waitress came to me I said I wanted to order from the deli. Apparently I wouldn?t be able to sit down unless it was by the windows. I found this rather confusing. No big deal . I ordered from the deli a half sandwich chicken salad and a chicken noodle soup a water. After standing for quite some time apparently my food was ready but nobody acknowledged that as it was put off to the side in a paper bag. The total came to $19.98. Now I should add that they gave me a bottled water which was not what I was expecting. I can only hope that the bottle water was...

Food is great, I have eaten here a few times, service not so good. It seems the waiting staff isn't thrilled with their job, but I'm still going to go to dinner.

Much closer and more convenient location for me then lido beach. There pastrami is a little leaner but OK. If I'm going to indulge in this meal I want it as juicy as possible. That includes some fat.

Since it was too hot to eat outside, we asked the hostess for a table far from everyone else. She found us a good table. My husband, I shared a filled derma. I ordered a salmon onion omelet. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich that my grown-up son ordered a kosher hamburger. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent.

"This is just regular, fun and yummy pub food. I’ve never had an issue there. Yesterday I was there with my parents and my dad’s meal didn’t come out with the rest of the food. The waitress apologized, said it was her fault, and within minutes the manager brought out his meal. No one was upset and we didn’t ask or expect the meal to be comped but it was. Ty for the good service and the delicious food!"

"Four of us, from 20 to 80, went to Chili's and we all enjoyed our meals. The burgers and frits are exceptional and were served attractively on a stainless steel floor with a square bowl for the frits. The Margarita Chicken is also very good and attractive plated. Our server was attentive and friendly. The only thing we had was a lack of napkins that were fixed again soon after we brought it to the attention of the staff."

"If you're in search of comfort food, look no further than this place. We stopped by for a quick bite and were impressed by the wide variety of soup and salads available. The restaurant had excellent customer service and a great selection of dishes. The soups were flavorful and hearty, and we were pleasantly surprised by a chocolate-covered strawberry roll to go along with our meal. It was a delightful surprise and I definitely plan on returning next time I'm in town."

"Update- Decided to give it another shot. Bad idea. Given a 12-20 min estimate for a to-go order but once they got our money it went to over a hour and the staff wanted to get an attitude when asking for updates. Never again. Unable to refund for omitteditems and certainly not a place for those looking for decent prices, appetizers and customer service. I've been ordering fromthis place for years and their chicken main dishes are delicious but everything else will leave you wanting more. The potstickers are amazing if you like warm, raw hot-water pastry crust. Don't get me started on the current customer servicesituation. The older of the two servers/hostesses was absolutely amazing. However, the younger but old enough to know betterone, requires remedial training. When you put someone on hold, make sure you actually put them on hold. I heard every word ofish talking as well as you handling other callers who called after myself. Ling story short, this establishment has gonedownhill fast in the past few months."
