"I was first introduced to this location as I came in and stupidly asked if they would cut one of their pastry rings in-half. They said no but they were so nice and accommodating considering my measly $4 purchase. They were so friendly and the pastry was good is that we tried them for catering and they were great! The only note about catering that I would suggest is to definitely order ahead, as their catering team fills to capacity pretty quickly. Their pastries are some of the best though and Nicki (spelling)? from Catering (she might be corporate) provides great customer service. The one time we ordered and had a concern with an order, she offered to make it right, without us even having to ask. I really appreciated her efforts and felt like they valued our business, even though we are a relatively small company. 5 stars for service, providing solid on-time delivery and consistently good food! Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, it's not as easy to take good photos here compared to the old place. The new layout includes a large structure in the center, with coffee on one side and soft drinks and water on the other. I've included a few photos I attempted to take during my recent visit. The staff here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. I still love the food, especially the coffee. The soufflés seem slightly different from the old place, but they're still enjoyable. Among the soups, the broccoli cheese is my favorite. While you can buy it at a grocery store, it doesn't taste as fresh as it does in the restaurant. In my previous review, I noted the good food and great coffee. In August, I was able to enjoy a free bagel every day! They were already delicious and now seem to be improving. I should mention that Panera now has a different owner, with a stronger focus on catering. I also can't seem to get their Android app to work. The bagels are still tasty, but I wonder if they're from a different supplier now."

"What honestly is this for real? After I put all the broth in the bowl I took a look at how little was left because none fell out and that’s all that was left? How is this $7 I’d pay .99 super unhappy…… like what the heck I’ll literally still be hungry. Ridiculous! Editing post to say trying to eat the bread bowl but instead of being enjoyable all it is soggy bread. Great dinner."

"This Panera just showed the greatest amount of customer service I have ever seen by this company! I ordered Home Delivery, and was very bummed to find out that on their website a lot of their bakery items including bagels were not available, and that was all I wanted! I had a coupon, so I ended up getting lunch anyways. Jeff delivered my order as he has in the past, and was so wonderful! I asked him about the bagels not being available online, and he told me that didn’t sound right and he would go back and double check. About an hour later he calls me to let me know that they had plenty available and that he would like to bring me a few free of charge for letting them know about the website. That is exceptional coustomer service and I am so thankful for his generosity! Thanks Jeff and Panera!"

"that's the worst panera I've ever had. the load is dirty and there are eating everywhere on the floor and broth. there was milk in the ice, I told the staff, they recognized it, but it did not disturb them to change the ice cream. I waited for my order for over 30 minutes. in the meantime, at least 10 orders were issued for collection. when I finally got my order they got the sandwich wrong and the suppe tasted so dirty as if they added a lot of water to it because they ran deep on it. never again."

"first loved the ambiente. there were constant music (no pause) and it was all fantastic! - like our kind of melodies. the personal is great. helpful, courteous, friendly. dreave even stopped and loved eating. some favorites: dreaves salat, pear salad and brie pizza with grapes, which we asked for crispy and actually got it crispy. I love unique pizzas. john thought it would be nice to have a basic pfefferoni beside the available options. overall it was a very pleasant evening."

"I really enjoy the diverse clientele around the University of South Florida and the hospital. While I feel hesitant to say this, there are some homeless individuals who frequent the area, but the atmosphere is welcoming overall. The seating in the restaurant is open, with some booths that have light on the back. I noticed that they don't offer bread with their tuna sandwiches for some reason. I joined the Sip Club for $10, hoping it's a long-term membership, as an old-timer in the "Dale Mafia" told me it should be for a year. One time, I opted for a caffeine drink to boost my energy, although I was concerned about my blood pressure. The cold drinks are packed with caffeine and are called "charged" drinks, which include exotic fruity and caffeinated tea options."

"I absolutely love their macaroni and cheese! It's wonderfully creamy and features a delightful blend of cheeses paired with shell pasta. You can also choose from a variety of sides; I usually opt for either French bread or apples. Additionally, if you order an entrée and a drink, you can snag a bakery item for just $0.99. My husband and I are completely hooked on the chocolate pastry—it's incredibly delicious!"

"went for early dinner and sat outside at the marina. let the server know that we want to order everything at once, because our son is still sitting as a “expectation date” with regard to the sitting through a meal. the server had us all in less than 10 minutes! I was surprised how fast it came to eat and everything was perfect. I ordered the Cuban (here pictured) with coconut peel. my wife had calamari and garnel. our son had a cheese chasequesadilla. I do not understand the other negative reviews about food quality and service were both exceptional. then I saw a woman sitting next to us and complained about a small mistake with her order and treated the waiting staff as bleeding, so I would ignore with this connection only the negative reviews that were published here. my wife and I have quite high standards and this place was great, can't wait to go again maybe next time with our boat!"
