"First one to arrive at 11.40 AM on Tuesday Sept 21 gentleman sitting at bottom of stairs in office says we not open yet looks at his watch again and says oh it is 11.40 we r open, we go up stairs young waitress welcomes us and offers us seating wherever we want, chose window overlooking beach ordered coffee plus Tomato Crab Bisque, it arrives right after coffee tasty, then we order cod chips, lobster Ravioli for my wife, food comes no napkins I had to ask, then we looking for cutlery none on table we ask her for it, says she forgot, napkins she only gives 1 each, mean time food is getting cold 2 other customers arrive which she attends too then she brings the cutlery ,looks like she expected or management expected we r going to eat with our fingers and hands East Indian style, asked for bill came $64 gave her a $10 tip on credit card NEVER GOING BACK THER BEING A FOREIGNER of Indian descent, you be the judge 1"

"We had an exceptional experience at this Panera today. It was my daughter's birthday and the woman working was so sweet and kind to her. She even came and sang her happy birthday at our table! She made my daughter feel so special. The restaurant was clean, our food was delicious and made correctly, and was very fast! All of the staff were very kind and friendly. Best panera experience by far."

"We had Sunday Brunch here before the Giants game Super cute outdoor dining area. Friendly staff and great service. My husband had the biscuits and gravy which came with eggs and fried potatoes. I had an Ahi sandwich that came with a delicious light salad. The ahi did have a bit of a spicy sauce on a ciabatta roll."

"I do not recommend anybody having their wedding here unless they want to pay for services that they will not receive. We paid over $1000 for a wine pour at dinner time and it did not happen due to short staffing. We were not aware that it would not be happening. Several guests who chose the vegetarian meal got served meat (even though we had place cards), and my niece did not even get a meal served to her! As the bride, the servers kept walking right past me with the hand passed appetizers without offering me any, and at dinner time I nearly had to beg to get my water glass filled. It was very hard to get in contact with anybody during the first few months of wedding planning. After the wedding we expressed our concerns about not receiving the wine pour, the venue not being ready for us during cocktail hour, our leftover cake and the topper disappearing, and the poor service. Not once did the owner apologize or address our concerns, they just kept saying they would get back to us (they never did). It seemed as nobody had the time of day to talk to us after we spent nearly $40k at their venue."

"It taste good, the food seems fresh and yet the entire experience is unsatisfying. Generic décor, along with a focus on profit margins makes the diner seem like a cog in a money-making machine. When you step back and look at the forest, you realize it's a sandwitch shop. Still it gets an I like vote."

"My wife and I went there she got a sandwich that she really liked and I got a turkey sandwich and french onion soup. I have to say I was really disappointed in the French onion soup, when I ordered it I asked her if it was with the mozzarella cheese on top and she said yes. Well the truth of that is is it was look like barely a small spoon of grated cheese. I hate to say this but if you went and got Applebee's french onion soup you would see how it's supposed to be done. I'll still get sandwiches from there but this is the second time their soup let me down so no more soup"

"We are regulars at Spaghettini however this was the first time we have had Sunday Brunch on Mother’s Day. Never again on Sunday for Brunch/Mother’s Day. The service and food were five stars, the clientele is what prompted two stars. At the end of our meal and as we were leaving the restaurant I used the ladies room and there were some teenagers (male female) waiting for a younger sibling/friend inside the restroom holding the door open, as I was using the restroom the kids were turning the lights off and on to scare the younger child in the stall. This was infuriating, who lets their children behave that way in a nice restaurant. We will not ever celebrate anything at Spaghettini on a Sunday holiday. This experience completely ruined my Mothers Day celebration. Update the manager, David, reached out soon after this review was initially posted with assurance the ugly restroom situation had been addressed and offering a sincere apology. We do enjoy the food and service at Spaghettini and will continue to dine there. My star rating was revised from two to four."

"For 33.00 per person plus 16.00 per person for the “Build your own **** Mary station” it was not worth it. The Easter menu was listed and did NOT have the omelet to order station. The desserts were some frozen and sub par at best, without the chocolate fountain advertised. There were to be three offerings at the carving station only beef was served in an extremely small portion. There was no lamb carving station and the ham was in a chafing dish. It was an decent meal but by no means a buffet to remember. The staff was courteous and diligent and the surroundings pleasant with an acceptable noise level. The **** Mary bar consisted of olives, celery, small cheese cubes and pepperoni and a bacon garnish. If you wet looking for the basics it had it but 16.99 for that was a little much! All in all the company was great, the meal filling and the service and atmosphere was good. The price would have been more acceptable if the advertised options were available and the **** Mary station a bit more plentiful with options. Also it was my brother in laws birthday and I had sent special instructions on open table as well as a phone confirmation with the restaurant staff that were completely over looked and there was no way with him at the table I could have alerted the staff without him knowing."

"Visiting Newport Beach from Toronto and read reviews about this place and we had to try it. Everything was a amazing. Alyssa was our server and was fantastic. She made recommendations and knew the menu inside out. The food was spectacular. Everything was flavourful and came out piping hot. My wife and three kids and I enjoyed our experience very much. We had the fried calamari and shrimp, and meatballs to start. Both fantastic. Next we had the lemon pasta, puttanesca pasta, and gnocchi. Also had their gelato, cheesecake and Pana cotta. Cappuccinos and macchiatos were well made. Drinks were served perfectly from the bar. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great time and thanks to Alyssa for a great experience. If we’re back in Newport, we’ll be back here for sure!"

"The young lady at the entrance did not have a clue about Open Table and told us all seating is open so please sit where you want. We explained Open Table but she didn 't have a clue. Usually we have the same server but a young fellow who 's been there awhile came to the table to ask about drinks and it was all down hill from there. When we left, I told our regular server we 'd appreciate it if she NEVER abandoned us again! She said she thought it strange that we didn 't get to sit in her section. Of course, we 'll go back and we 're sure that situation will be rectified."

"wait 30 minutes for a pick-up order that would have come ten. then home and had completely wrong order. it was pretty busy what I understand waiting a little longer, but 30 minutes is crazy and for everything wrong when it says on the bag what their order is. the half of the items on the mobile order menu was not available, which is also regrettable. would definitely recommend checking their order before they leave now"
