"I made reservations for 3:30, when we arrived they told us we still need to wait 15 minutes which would have been fine except we didn 't get seated for over AN HOUR LATER. While we were waiting the guy at the door basically told us that even though we 've been waiting a while don 't let that be an excuse to stay long because he goes home when we go home and he wants to go home. Once inside we were sat in their garden which is a very tiny space where you 're crammed at your seat with very little space to even move your chair back. They did however give us champagne as soon as we sat down, so now we were thinking our brunch experience would finally be turned around but no. The waiters asked which juices we would like to mix or champagne with and came back with two dirty glasses which looked poorly cleaned if cleaned at all. When i asked for another class she replied Oh that 's from the strawberry juice from earlier with no apology or regard to potential allergies. They took our food order pretty quickly however we didn 't receive our food for another hour later. The music was HORRIBLE, they seemed to be playing songs from youtube scrambling between workers to find a song to follow the last listening to the music from Revel next door would have been a better option). Finally, most tables seemed to be clearing out since it was a little after 6... we however were still not at our 2 hour limit which was promised, so then a worker turns off the music and tells us that we need to leave. We respond that we paid for 2 hours as did everyone else today and should be respected of that 2 hour limit he then began to yell at us to get out and told the waiters to start clearing off our table which they did). We were rushed and yelled out and we requested to speak to the manger. The manger could care less about our complaints he replied with sarcastic comments and carried on smoking his cigarette. This was hands down the worst brunch experience i ever had."

"We ordered 3 things off the menu: chicken and duck mouse, the Augustine burger, the Augustine Flammkuchen. The ambience in the restaurant is great, it's calm, slightly upscale, and relaxing with an slight upbeat vibe. The service here is excellent because it's attentive and constant author being overwhelming. Today we had the pleasure of having Fay service and she was tremendous. This review is solely based on the food but they got 2 stars because Fay was excellent otherwise I'd give it 0 or 1. The mouse was so incredible because it was sweet and creamy, but also had a little subtle salt. The brioche bread that accompanied it was really tasty. The entrees were mediocre and bad respectively. My girlfriend thought the Flammkuchen was good I thought it was average because the taste was good and the added bacon was a good texture and flavorful, but the bread was over done. The last piece which really cause the drop of all Stars on this rating was the burger. A medium rare burger with added egg and bacon. The bacon tasted dry and like it was made a few days ago along with being cold. The egg was over easy and runny, but came well done with a hint of yolk. The burger was supposed to be medium rare, but came well done, blackened on the top and bottom with a charred taste, and cooked to dry hell. Overall I think based on the service and the mouse I'll try it once more and if the food ends up being excellent then I'll adjust my rating appropriately."
