"We just went here to see Casey, who houses Rock Roll Bingo and play Bingo. I'm sure I'll go back to try all their different food choices. We started with the devils who were brilliant. My daughter had the chicken fried steak and I had the fried bologna sandwich and we both had the house chips! SPECTACULAR! I strongly recommend you order a page of your homemade dip!! We're coming back!"

"I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4-piece upper combo. When I came home, I realized that they didn't put any fries in them. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that she would need me to come back with the receipt and all the food before she would reimburse me for the fries. Since I won't get there for $2, I thought this place can only get a 1-star rating for their bad customer service."

"The food is always fresh and good because it is so busy. This is also a decline, this place is extremely busy in the morning and you can end up waiting near 30 minutes or more only in the line to order. Other then the extremely long waiting time is the food hot and good."

"I love it..I was by there the other night getting something quick for my Husband and I. My Husband usually is the one whom goes by there on his way home if it is late and we both have not eaten. I ordered at the drive thru. And messed up the order big time.. The Lady at the first window was very polite and told me they would fix it..The Lady at the 2nd window was very nice and accommodating. She fixed it..explain what I need to order next time.. I felt so bad for messing them up..She was super sweet...Thank you Thank you.."

"I never had a problem here in the span of 10 years that I was a customer to this day! (Tus 24. May 22 At 21:20 a.m. to the car thru pulled and was told that they only selected certain pieces and a few from which they no longer cook! I understand that I wanted to leave the job on the point, but I worked in the food service for almost 20 years and the customer got what the customer wanted, unless it was completely sold out and not in the restaurant! We were also not allowed to "break things down" until 10-15 minutes before closing just to be sure! I have seen managers lose their jobs for this reason alone! If you don't like your job, look for another one! This is unacceptable! I came to this place *15 minutes* before closing and could get my usual 8-12 pieces chicken box. Last night I spent over $30 and will be glad to take my money elsewhere if this will be the norm!"

"This location has slid pretty far downhill, they used to be pretty good but for the past few months they've been horrible. Chicken filets have been so tough and so dry you can't even eat it, cold too. The fries are always cold and soggy, they always forget something in my order or give me the wrong order entirely. Gave me a coke today instead of the sweet tea I ordered. Had to throw away the whole meal as the bacon on my biscuit was burnt to a crisp, biscuit tasted like it was 3 days old ...cold as well. Chicken fillet was so thin there was no chicken at all... was pretty much just a breading patty. Can't beleive they are paying theese employees $15+ an hour to do their jobs so poorly. This location and the knighdale location have to be the worst 2 I've ever been to."

"Although the food was great 10/10, the customer service was terrible, they were SO rude to other customers and not understanding for those who make a language barrier, not only were they rude to customers, one of the workers were rude to the other, this place would be so much better with good customer service. As someone working in fast food, customer service should be top priority."

"I wondered why there was no line in this particular Bojangles, I soon had my answer. The food was terrible! My chicken fillet was pressed and cooked over it was like leather! No joke, it was hard to chew if I could turn off a piece. Not sure why even two stars. Okay, we have our order quickly because it's not someone else in the line. No wonder."
