"I wondered why there was no line in this particular Bojangles, I soon had my answer. The food was terrible! My chicken fillet was pressed and cooked over it was like leather! No joke, it was hard to chew if I could turn off a piece. Not sure why even two stars. Okay, we have our order quickly because it's not someone else in the line. No wonder."

Bojangles is almost always good. We had a mix-up on our order and when I pointed out that they fixed it immediately. They offer a senior discount if I ask for a military discount. You also wear Diet Mt Dew!!! Will often return.

I gave up on fast food a few years ago, service was always rude, employees weren't interested? and it was a bit unhealthy. My visit to Bojangles Falls of the Neuse today was exceptional!!! Staff were friendly and efficient, all foods came hot and tasty! Congratulations Bo?s team, you killed it today!

I come here a lot because it's the next place for me and it's good food. but the lady who is always on the speaker is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. No matter what you say, it never fails to follow with a terrible attitude and sound. It's disgusting. how about finding a real job, maybe you'll be happier with your pathetic life.
