Last few times, I've had bad experiences : I've asked for avocado in my burrito twice, got no avocado at all both of those times, however I was charged for it. Another time, the cashier looked like she was barely getting trained at the job), charged me like $5 extra, but I didn't notice until I got home, so I didn't complain. The food still tastes good, really long wait times though they get busy). Customer service has changed, the environment is not really welcoming or friendly like it used to be, but it's a close restaurant to home so I still come here."
