"Be cautious when reserving hibachi on opentable. They display reservation times that are not actually available. We received a call an hour before our reservation informing us of this, and had to engage in multiple conversations with the manager to finally figure out how to accommodate us at a time slot 15 minutes later. This wouldn't have been an issue except it was a reservation for a double birthday party and we had guests driving in over an hour to meet us. Despite technically accommodating the reservation, our party was seated poorly and we waited at least 15 minutes before ordering a drink, another 15 to receive all the drinks, and a total of 45 minutes before we received our food order."

"eating is expensive for how little it is. the supplier makes fun of them because they incorrectly set up an auto-generated apple address that is 1 ciffer, although the zip code has been provided and everything is on the map on the same address. Who made this eat doesn't care about you. the fish also have bones and haare. I usually don't write a bad review, but today I decided to write a bad review. I have no good experience here and I liked to eat here. the delivery is 13 minutes too late, I get that my order is not the top priority, but why did this supplier come to me and make me funny for small mistakes? Anyway, I like this experience so much that I would probably not order from here anymore. customers are aware of the supplier. I'd just order it from here if it's a pick-up order."

"The restaurant can be hit or miss, but I have had a higher success rate, especially with their delicious pad thai. The vegetables are crispy and fresh, although I wish the dish was a bit saucier and spicier. I have dined here over 10 times and enjoy their sushi and certain Chinese dishes as well. However, my favorite is the Thai food. I wish they provided more information on their menu regarding gluten-free options, as I need to avoid fructans in wheat flour. It would also benefit those with celiac disease. Overall, labeling the menu for allergens would be much appreciated."

"Went in on April 2nd and had a fine meal. We were put with another group so there were 10 people at the table. I went to get the check and gave the waiter my card tipped between 15 and 20 as the service was ok. I still believe that a tip is earned for service and not a guarantee). after signing the check the waiter comes back and askes me for another $30 for the chef. I was stunned to think that I was being told how to tip. The waiter complained that he had to share the tip. The table chef was boring. He spun an egg, onion volcano and cooked the food. If I had the chef at the next table I could understand he was having fun. We gave him another $25 just to leave as I was getting very upset."

Ichiro Fusion on Mamaroneck Avenue offers terrific delivery services and an outstanding menu! We recently ordered a selection of items from their online menu. Everything from their miso soup to their main courses arrived hot and delicious to our door! We never saw the delivery guy, instead our order was left at our front door so there was zero anxieties about coming into contact with anyone. The other good news is that while we were guaranteed that the food would arrive in about forty minutes in came much sooner so we we exceptionally pleased with our ordering and dining experience!"

"I always have an extraordinary experience at Cutters. Single. Time! This time she was not common. We sat at the bar and relocated. We use our appetizers and main dinners at the same time. Our starters first came out what's perfect. Then the time went on and on and our main dishes never came out. Fortunately, we had very attentive servers and bartenders at the bar that took things into their own hands. They continued with the kitchen and with us. "I wouldn't even give a 1! We ordered 50 dollars w a food that had to all be thrown away. I've never had an experience where the food was absolutely unedible! I ordered chicken and broccoli...pretty basic but it was covered in some kind of sauce. Even the fried rice was just rice w some sauce. Not a pea, one! And...the sauce wasn't even mixed in just poured on. HORRIBLE!"

"815 reservation for a champagne chalet. they say they have 3 hours to dinate. the party before us was late. they left them until 9 o'clock. he kept us waiting. serve food in take container. $3 per drink charged. derek the manager and the manager in red pants were useless to fix the situation. they came to me and said they had worked on it, then they ran away and sent other workers to apologize. childish behavior. you messed up. I heard it. jason the waiter was great and was the only worker who took responsibility (even if he had nothing to do with the problems). derek and the others could learn a lot from him."

"We had a lovely evening at Pisces. Our waiter, Tony, was fantastic attentive, fast and efficient. He explained and assisted when deciding on what to order. The ambiance was awesome, as my husband and I had one of those cool booth enclosed tables in their main dining room. Food was fast, fresh and piping hot if it was a hot dish. "we had a 7pm reservation, the dining was empty, but filled up within an hour. We ordered drinks, and when they were delivered we ordered our meal. Our appetizer was very good, and the dishes were never taken away, our waiter came and asked if we have ordered our main course. The service was VERY slow. there was only one waiter and 2 bus boys, for the whole dining room. Not smart for a Valentine`s evening. There was plenty of help in the bar area."

"We order from here all the time and always have great food. Ordered a steak with the amazing homemade steak sauce. That is my favorite part of the dish. Well, they forgot to throw it in the takeout. I called to see if we could go back and get it and they ended up making our dinner all over again so nothing would be cold and included extra sauce on the side.
