"I used a mobile app to make a reservation for a table for 8 people for a birthday dinner. Our group arrived on time and found the restaurant to be relatively quiet with plenty of empty tables. Unfortunately, our table was not ready and we had to wait for over 10 minutes while they put one together for us. Once seated, I noticed that there were no food options available for under $13. The standard taco plates with rice and beans ranged from $13 to $21, which I found to be exorbitant compared to my usual Mexican restaurants where I pay much less. The food was very salty and lacked flavor. Fortunately, there was a great mariachi band performing. Despite indicating on the reservation app that it was a birthday celebration, the band did not come to sing to our table until we had finished our meal and had to flag them down after waiting for about 20 minutes. I would not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others."

"¡Delicioso! We got the carnitas and grande burrito (with steak) with chipotle sauce. Both were REALLY delicious. The atmosphere is fun and inviting really gave that Mexican restaurant feel that we like. We got seated quickly and they took our drink orders right away. Food came out in good time... Not the fastest, but not slow. Friendly staff, GOOD food, and reasonable prices. GET THE GRANDE BURRITO with chipotle sauce Trust me. It's amazing. That chipotle sauce is awesome."

"Delicious food with a nice atmosphere. The waitress are friendly and ample parking! The chips and salsa were fresh and salad was crisp. They have alot of drinks see the pictures. The prices were fair and I got a steak entree that came out in less than 10min which is great! I'd recommend this spot for a quick meal and date night : !"

"The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Service was fast and very kind and sweet. The food itself was amazing. The chicken was tender and delicious. For the amount of food I got the price was quite reasonable. Definitely will be returning and recommended others to come as well!"

"Had an awesome time! Yeah the restaurant was hot, busy, took a lil while for drinks and food, BUT if you understand it was a grand opening and that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our server and the staff were great! The husband and I love the Rosamond restaurant too. We will go to both. Love that some of the staff knows us from the Rosamond restaurant. My favorite is Kait from the Rosamond restaurant! Love love LOVE Don Sal Cocina Cantina!"

"San Marcos could be very good, but they skimp on the ingredients. The flavor and seasoning of the Carne en su Jugo was very good, but the beef was stringy and chewy. The mole sauce on the Burrito San Marcos was delicious, but the chicken was dry and tough. The Churro ice cream was good, but the shell it was in was so hard that we really struggled to cut it with the spoons (it took two spoons) that they gave us and it ended up being a soupy mess. We ordered a 16 oz. drink that looked like it was 8 oz. We complained and the waiter insisted it was 16 oz. Service was also a somewhat slow considering that the restaurant was over half empty. Too bad. Lovely decour, but we will not be returning."

"I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and was extremely impressed with the experience. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also top-notch, as was the inviting atmosphere of the establishment. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Chimichanga, Chicken Fajitas, Grilled Chicken, and Cheese Dip. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would definitely return in the future."
