"Today I visited a Capriotti sandwich shop in Heden Square at 17.30. At the entrance I was greeted immediately and helped with pleasant haste. Although the greeting was very nice at the entrance. The food itself left me a little restless. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Crunch and I was excited for the moment I would go down. Sadly, when I started, I realized that the chicken was so irregularly distributed on the sandwich at one point that I pure veggies and you can imagine my disappointment when I realized that there was no ketchup good for my taste buds anyway. The cook assured me he added it. Finally I said okay you're lucky that the big employees go getter attitude and dessert are there or they are in some trouble"

"The place is run by a bunch of kids with absolutely no customer service or food service skills. Went there tonight and I?ve decided it will be my last. The grill cook had to yell to get someone to ring me out but couldn?t hand me my sandwich that was literally sitting right behind the counter. Then the girl rings me out and I ask for my sandwich and she says ?it?s not ready if he didn?t hand it to you..? so I had to stand there and wait to be handed my sandwich. 3 minutes later and he hands me my sandwich with the paper literally covered in grease. When I went to eat it the bread was sopping wet with grease.. Sad excuse for a sandwich shop."
