"Other taco places have birria tacos around here, but after trying from them, safe to say that El Taco Bar in Closter has the best. Perfectly seasoned and tender meat, slightly crispy soft corn tortillas, delicious consommé. And the nachos! Most places they get soggy from all the toppings, but not here. Our go to taco joint."

"Was skeptical about ordering here since there where so many bad reviews. My husband went through the drive theu and states that customer service was okay, he ordered the Chile relleno burrito with no enchilada sauce, an asada burrito and the nachos supreme. 5 stars all around the food was delicious and although service could have been better, the food made up for that. Definitely my fave was the Chile relleno burrito."

"I live in Yucca and generally ho to that location but lately Yucca valley has had awful food. Today my girlfriend and I went to both locations and ordered our normal order and Menudo. By far JT location is so much better ill be making the drive to this location for better food and service."

"I went through at 9:30 on a Friday night. Carnitas tacos serves without onions and Zilantro, fatty tortillas and dried carnitas. Carne asada burrito was a sloppy mess of beans and old meat. Basically unusable food."

"Dude in the window pulled my card out of my girlfriend's hand. I wanted to make fun of my card. And almost drop my order through the car window. The Californian burritos I ordered did not contain cheese, sauce or frits except meat. And seemed to have a gel-like coating. If I could give negative stars, a very unprofessional place."

"I ordered 9 Birria tacos and they sent me one small cup of consomme for all of them. The cheese was very burnt (almost black) on every taco and the quesadilla. The birria fries werent very good but if you like movie theater nacho cheese and spice you might like them. The Birria Quesadilla flavor was decent. The Churros were good. They are out of the Pork Chile Verde Taco so I didnt get to taste it. Another issue is 2 of us had a bad allergic reaction where our eyes swelled up the next day. Ive eaten at other birria taco locations and never had a problem. Overall very disappointed with my experience."

"I was able to dine in during the pandemic. There is plenty of space in the dining area. I love the outside feeling even when you are inside the diner. There is also seating outside the restaurant. The food is delicious. If you like spicy salsa, you will love the red salsa. The food is authentic Mexican food. Freshly made corn and flour tortillas. The street that it's located on a busy street but there is plenty of parking."

"This is the worst place to order on door dash. We did a pick up order, called to verify they received it, came in and they told us they hadnt started it and it would take them 20 more mins. We waited outside in the cold for our order and went to ask 20 minutes later and said it still wasnt ready and they hadnt started it because they where busy. The guys, all of them started arguing with us about our order. This was honestly the worst I have ever been treated at a restaurant!"

"After waiting more than 30 minutes, I approached the person serving tacos to ask about our order. They explained that our order was larger, which is why it was taking longer. By then, my kids were starving. Finally, after over 30 minutes of waiting, we received our food, but it wasn’t as good as I had remembered. I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back. My kids were disappointed with the tacos, as they were overloaded with toppings, and my pastor tacos were excessively greasy. Overall, our experience was not enjoyable."

"Well, it looks like Taquiero Taco Patio is really taking the temporary in their closure seriously! I mean, it 's been whole month and they 're still closed? That 's dedication!But hey, at least they 're consistent. Their second location is closed for good, and now this one is closed too. I guess they really nailed that whole temporary thing. Taquiero Taco Patio might not be open at the moment, their legacy will live on in the memories of all the taco-lovers out there. And who knows? Maybe they 'll come back stronger than ever before. In the meantime, I just have to find my taco fix somewhere else."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the food here!Came in a pinch before a show without a ton of time. We were looking for a quick bite but not fast food. Luckily right across the street was Maize.We were able to order and eat in less than 30 minutes before our show. The food was delicious the service was fast, the only thing missing was the atmosphere. There weren't many patrons or decor to add to the dining experience.That all said... "I would post a pic of what the food looked like but I honestly thru away half of wht I ordered which was not wht I wanted , I did mention to the girl taking my order that wanted half shredded chkn half carne asada ,well I get home afterwards to find that the whole order is wrong plus the food was cold bone dry meat both meats the only suprising thing that was good was chips salsa . Dont recommend getting a Taco box unless you want bone dry meat poor quality food for $49.99Very disappointed won't be returning. I think They need to serve fresh made food with good quality ingredients atleast for me to give a 5 stars."
