"Our group of six enjoyed a variety of vegan appetizers, including parrot, paprika, potato samosa, roti, paratha and veggie biryani rice, which they could make without ghee. We also had channa masala (Chickpeas), Aloo Matar (potatoes and peas), Aloo Ghobi (potatoes and cauliflowers) and a yellow Dahl. These four were specially labeled vegan on the vegetarian side of the menu, but other items above were not listed as vegan. The server was helpful to clarify the other vegan articles and confirm that they were made without ghee."
