"My wife were inNew York for a few days and were looking for a tasty curry. We chose Curry Dream and were not disappointed. We shared a vegetable pakora starter which was accompanied by a three different pickles. My wife chose a Chicken Jalfrezzi and I had a Lamb Karachi which were so good we finished them off with ease. We also had some basmati rice and some lovely fresh Tandoori Roti. Service was relaxed rather than slow which was a nice change from the usual frequent interruptions you get in some restaurants."

"This is a diamond in the grob! On the outside it looks small and annoying, I won't lie that I had no high hopes, but immediately it changed when I went through the door! The atmosphere is amazing! The decor was phenomenal, menus were simple. I'm blown away! Time to come to the most important part! The food. Once we set ourselves, we were asked what we want to drink, I went with a sweet tea and my brother got a lemonade. They were phenomenal, I don't know how, but the tea tasted amazing, better than I do at home! I have Mango Chicken Curry and my brother got the Chicken tikka masala we also have a side of garlic naan bread. We had no problems with the food that tasted everything amazing! We have mild since we just wanted to eat something and the mild had the PERFECT amount of spices. Only enough to know that there are spices at the end. The Naan was amazing, and we got an order of it. About everything it was an amazing experience 5 stars everywhere and we will definitely come back!"

"I’m a foodie. This place, is by far the best Indian restaurant I’ve been to in LA, and arguably in the US. Their quality is incredible and consistent. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. It is family owned and the owner is super nice and authentic. I highly recommend this place."

"A group of us 8 adults and 2 kids visited this restaurant after touring Boston. They have ample space in the restaurant to accommodate this large group and their own parking space at the back of the restaurant. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision about what to order, especially since we one person in our group was vegan. I liked how their futchka (pani puri) had a restaurant made flavor rather than a store bought flavor that usually these kinds of restaurants have. We had daal, bhunna gosht, chicken karahi, butter chicken, seekh kabab, and bihari kabab. fried chicken wings and chicken soup. The food was really good but not wow. I liked how they were more not overly spicy and wish the portions were more. The Naan was freshly made and very soft and tasty."

"one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever visited. grear service. they have some non-traditional dishes, such as their Tandoori chicken, which obviously only means them to burn 2 pieces of chicken and 5 vegetables and too much for them. expect them to pay much more than they think the meal is generally worth, especially since Indian meal are so cheap to make. Nevertheless, the aromen of most of their courts and friendly atmosphere make themselves quite a bit for them. do not order that they believe tandoori. in the usa has not yet found an authentic tandoori, but this is one of the worst games."

"My husband and I just recently discovered this restaurant (thanks to Groupon). After the first visit, I purchased additional Groupons because I knew this would be one of our favorite restaurants for Indian cousine. The food and the service have been consistently excellent on all of our visits. We have ordered both the “meat’ and “seafood” “dinner for two. The best deals! Includes “set” appetizer, main dishes, and choice of sides, dessert, and non alcoholic beverages. We ordered “medium” spicy—-just enough to give it s kick without negatively affecting the flavors. We can’t wait to return!"

"As for the food, my girlfriend and I started with samosas and a chicken dish she wanted to try. The samosa was filled with ground beef and peas, but had a slightly off smell. The chicken dish was breaded and unremarkable. For our main courses, I ordered lamb curry and chicken tikka masala. The garlic naan was doughy and uninspiring. The portion sizes were small for the price and the quality of the dishes was mediocre. Overall, I prefer the Indian food in Queens and would not return to this restaurant. Seva in Astoria has the best Indian food in my opinion. While the commute is further, the quality of the food is worth it. The waitress was the highlight of the experience. I would give this restaurant 3 stars at best."

"Not too far from the L.A. Music Centre in Downtown Los Angeles there is this small Indian restaurant. Serving great food, from starters to mains, and drinks. Attentive staff that apparently like to (and are good at! explaining the dishes. There are 5 levels of spiciness, all dishes on the menu have their base level marked. When ordering you can choose to up your spice game. We enjoyed their food and prompt service and went back twice."
