"I love this place the food is excellent!. Every dish was so delicious, I felt like I was eating in Greece!. Very nice outdoor terrace. Had the cheese-flambe appetizer, roasted Calamari Grilled Octopus, hummus with warm pitas, tzatziky also shrimps in a special tomato sauce. They serve large portions. The service was excellent."

"We had a great evening. The food was great especially the lamp chops. The red wine list wasn’t all that great for the price, average. They tacked on 18% automatically for the two of us which is okay but unexpected. Overall I would recommend this place just ask for red wine. Probably go with a white or bubbly."

"I previously went to the Kapnos on St for brunch which was great. Unfortunately, I will not return to the one in Bethesda. The service was terrible. It took several requests for our drinks to arrive; they came after almost all of our food. At the same time, the waiter continued to try to take our plates away when we were not done (and the restaurant wasn't busy to try to turn over the table). The waiter also did not properly explain the drink specials, and we received a bill much larger than intended given the poor explanation. Finally, I got super sick from the food for several hours after brunch. Big disappointment for an expensive meal."

"We have been patrons of Zorba’s for years. The food and service has always been stellar. Tonight we celebrated the new year with a four course meal and wine pairing. Oh my! Beyond excellent… our server told us that there may be a coin in in the dessert. My dessert had a coin for luck. I am looking forward to a great 2023 and many more fabulous dinners with family and friends at Zorba’s."

"Great food and nice atmosphere, my burger was delicious. If a 4 star had been, but our water filler (who looked like Timothee Chalamet) fixed our table that asked for help without ourselves. So total 4.5 star food and 5 star service. Very recommended!"

"Service started slowly: we arrived at an off hour, but the food more than made up for it. The complementary hummus and pita was delicious, the grilled octopus, tender and fresh, and the gyros luscious! The tzatziki was fresh, the lamb beef combo just right and juicy, and the pitas so fresh you could use them as pillows! It all tasted just like we had recently dined on on Athens and Santorini."

"So we decided on something different tonight for dinner after a day of decorating cookies... huge mistake going here!! God awful is all I can say and overpriced. We also paid cash and was charged the 3.5% surcharge as if we paid with a cc. The falafal platter was disgusting and it is always made with chickpeas... no idea of what it was made with tonight. The spinach rice ... I have made it so much better at home. The chicken gyro was dry. We will never go here again... sorry I need to give it such a bad review... but it really was awful. If you are thinking of going here... don 't!Soooo the owner reached out and said the falafal is made with chick peas.... not a chick pea was tasted nor in sight. The spinach rice was bland and flat. My husbands chicken gyro was so dry and really awful tasting and looking... I will not be contacting the owner Michael since there is nothing to say. Oh by the way, my sons girlfriend and he came over when we stared eating... her comment was oh you went to that overpriced and awful place . She 's Greek. We have now been guided to a better place for higher quality food. Will never go there again. Not worth it unless you like really bad food and it is overpriced!!"
