"I ordered the vegan sur. It was about $18 for a 12 inch. Good size. When I ordered, I mentioned twice that I wanted it without mushrooms. We ordered and my husband got him pizza slices about 5 minutes after sitting. He finished both and I was waiting for my pizza. After 25 minutes I asked about it and they said it was ready in 5 minutes. Pizza came and it was covered with mushrooms. I told them I was allergic and asked for no one and the girl excused and said the guy to add extra Portobello to the pizza. I had the feeling it would happen because the guy seemed almost lost when I didn't say mushrooms. No biggie, mistakes happen. So they had to give the pizza back and it took another 20 minutes. So it was 50 minutes waiting for my pizza. The staff was nice, but for a Tuesday with not too many people in him, it seemed ridiculous to wait so long. They let us keep the first pizza for free, which was nice of them, so my husband can eat it during the week. The pizza came and it looked pretty good. I was a little disappointed when I ate it. It was missing from Marinara sauce, but I was glad that it was not overloaded with vegan cheese like many places. If this happens vegan pizzas tend to be very gummy and this pizza was not gummy at all. I might ask for a marinara on the side to dip it because it was kind of dry. Pepperoni and sausage was good and garlic was delicious. Crust was beautiful too. However, I don't think this pizza is worth the 50-minute waiting period and over $18 after tax. It really tasted like a slightly raised oven pizza. But it was good. It just doesn't seem worth the price and wait. In my opinion, Blaze Pizza in the marina has a much better vegan pizza and vegan cheese bread with delicious Marinosauce for about half the price."
