"Our family decided to try the restaurant since they will be catering our wedding later this year. Protocol was our waiter, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the mission and values of the establishment. He was funny and professional. The food was delicious. For someone who doesn’t care for Brussel sprouts, there sauce highlights the best flavor. The Salumi and Cheese plate was exceptional. The shrimp and grits were out of this world. The family agreed it was the best they have ever had. The meatloaf was good, but did not care for the sauce. The chicken and dumplings were hearty, but could have used a little salt and pepper. Overall, we loved the experience and the food. We will certainly be back, and we cannot wait to start picking out the wedding selections!"
