"5 stars for the food. 2 stars for the service. The food is very good, but their mid-day service was not. Went for lunch with co-workers on a Thursday at 1pm. They weren't busy, and there were at least 4 servers. We waited 10 minutes after being seated, and still no one had come to get a drink order or even acknowledge us. One of our party had to walk to the kitchen to ask for help and even then it took 4 or 5 more minutes of the servers chit-chatting before they came to us. Finally someone showed up and apologized by saying another server got her wires crossed Never blame someone else when you're serving an unhappy customer! That is Food Service 101! Anyway, food took a little while to get to us but once it did it was good. Chicken salad sandwich was great and I love their fries. Last thing about the service we had clearly finished out lunch (after being their nearly an hour), but the server stood at the bar staring into space, occasionally looking over at us, until I finally got her attention. She came over to clear plates but did not bring the check, even though it was obvious we were ready to leave. We had to ask for it. She was pleasant, but her service was not up to standard for a nice steakhouse."
