"Be honest with y 'all, this was my first visit to this semi fast food establishment. I use the word Semi rather loosely because i was n convinced from the outer appearance that it was a sit and eat. I find it hilarious that i am stumped at lease once or twice a day by random people. Well , the menu is a work of art. So much variety that one visit will not suffice. Yes folks i already got 4 visits under my belt and many many more to come. I liked that even when they are another fast food place, their demeanor is light and happy. I stopped by for lunch, and my wife was having trouble deciding on a dressing, so the team let her sample a few options. Ultimately, she couldn't choose just one and ended up getting two! The spicy chicken sandwich was just the right size and incredibly flavorful. The toasted bread paired with hot sauce and blue cheese created a delightful combination. Lemonade machine was not useful to get something about waiting for someone and unlock a code in it. Cashier was very apologetically not their fault no one assigned front counter ordered all chefs do drive thru orders."

"I stopped here a couple of days ago. It was my first time here. I ordered the Zaxbys Club combo. I ate every, single, bite! I haven't had fast food this delicious in the past five years. It was amazing and hot! Did you hear me say HOT? The sandwich was juicy, hot and flavorful. I chose the spicy Zaxbys sauce. I wasn't sure what was in the sauce, but I will definitely order it again. Let's talk about the fries! Crinkle fries, which I normally dislike. They were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were lightly coated with delicious seasoning. Most importantly they were HOT! I received amazing customer service. I explained that it was my first time there and they gave me a second to check out the menu. The drive thru moved quickly and efficiently. This was the best fast food experience all around that I've ever had. I hope it's just as good on my second visit as it was on this visit. I highly recommend this location. My food was so delicious that I never even thought to take a picture. Imagine that! LOL"

"Round 2 of me messing up the online app order, but Zach was there and recognized my face. He was not very helpful and courteous as usual. He and his crew should get the recognition I mentioned in my original review because most other food employees do not do a good job. This is the second time I have had issues with my order, but everyone seems really polite and friendly despite the known stress of working in the fast food industry. I had a mishap with my online order where my phone caused the pickup time to be wrong, but the manager, Zach, was very helpful and friendly. He and his colleagues who helped (Spencer and Megan, I believe) deserve a raise for being so friendly and polite while solving the mishap."
