"I already wrote this review once, and for some reason it wouldn’t let me finish with my private note because it didn’t like my nickname, but it didn’t say so. Doing a review for another restaurant I realized that was why it wouldn’t go. Anyway, we’ve been to fire and ice many times And never been disappointed but this time which was a special birthday celebration for two of the four of us, they seated us at a great table, round, and in front of the fireplace. I thought, “ this is perfect” quotation marks. And it was for a short time. then one of the staff, proceeded to spend quite a bit of time at a computer to our left, and making comments on our conversation. Totally inappropriate. One at our table, was reluctant to even speak, as she had some private things she wanted to discuss. The food was pretty good. Except the fish in the tacos was a little dry. The free desserts were delicious and much appreciated. And our waitress was wonderful."

"Used to love this place. Very affordable but last 3visits were very disappointed. Not like it once was : How can you mess up a hungry man's special? Eggs were almost over medium but still slimy, home fries were like tasteless mashed potatoes, bacon was way undercooked could still see fat. Baby had hard silver dollar pancakes, Canadian bacon awful no icing/cream on giant cinnamon roll. My daughter's ravioli looked like it was from a can. Eagle Diner was one of my favorite spots but I don't know what happened!!! I tried 3 times in last two months all three times food was terrible : Will not go back or recommend to my family friends any more. We have to find a new place to eat when visiting the area."

"The owners here use people. They drive a $100k BMW have their kids working here. If you deliver for them, they pay 6 bucks an hour, you're washing all the dishes and doing all the cleaning while his kids take all the deliveries. They hide tips and probably keep half. When i called him out on it, the owner shaddi tells me i look like a druggie. What a joke this guy makes fun of people. He's keeping tips if that's his only response to an older skinny guy who has cancer. I grew up in an orphanage because my mother was an addict. So this really upsets me. Especially since i dont use drugs. Rich guy picking on people that he uses. Well done. They don't clean at all. They have a rodent problem. Dead mice or rats out back and you can smell it."

"The staff here is so friendly! We enjoyed chatting and laughing with them. They were quick and the food was great! Prices were very good. The offerings were extensive, lots of choices. We were there every morning for breakfast, and stopped by several other times to buy soft drinks and snacks. They had lots of local customers every time we were there, which is always a good sign. They were really quick, even when the line was long, so don't let that discourage you."

"The person on the phone was very nice and did a great job taking my order. However the pizza came to my house and was not fully cooked and the cheese fell off the pizza even after letting it cool. While the experience was good due to the customer service i would not recommend the pizza ."

"Service2food in neighboring restaurants BJs and Land Ocean is excellent. Living nearby decided to take Italian from Skipolini?s home. My daughter likes Ravioli and the menu has photos of some dishes. What we got was not shown in the menu. It was partly cooked with hardly any Runny sauce and few raviolis. We also have the appetizers of Fritten. We live right next to these restaurants and the food was cold not even a little warm. Del Taco has made a longer ride @10 minutes after the start and still at least warm. The service is subpar seems like an owner or manager steps in because the staff fluctuates in cooperation, the system of the team seems slow and away in many ways. How does the training work? This and fries for an invoice of $40. I think the evaluation for food and service is low, but expects that all that we now usually give along the slimmer mentality is cheap and high. Large small businesses have closed but Reno never had options like Las Vegas or other states with popular metropolitan regions. After life in other places, then again so many places in the area are disappointing. The Lake Bar Grill, Paisan?s, Huckleberry?s, GSR, Peppermill, Atlantis, many Mexican restaurants these places deserve more than 5 stars with everything that top note for pay less or equal to the price we pay. Fine food in a steakhouse or land Ocean incredibly value pay higher prices but not at Skipolini?s or Pietro?s Famiglia, which has gone downhill over the years. Where is the good authentic Italian food?"

"I was unable to place an order at this restaurant. While searching for new lunch delivery options in my area, I came across this place. I tried to access their menu online, but it was not working. I called the restaurant to inquire about how I could view the menu, and the staff member immediately questioned how I obtained their phone number. When I explained that I found it through a Google search, he suggested that I Google their address to come pick up a menu. I was so put off by this response that I decided to hang up. Any business that treats potential customers in such a dismissive manner does not deserve to succeed. Goodbye to that kind of attitude – it's a deal breaker for me."

"I was really impressed with Lito's. Though a fairly good sized restaurant, only serves beer and wine, but has a bar. But, best of all is that it is a family run operation that really cares about its customers, its food preparation and it shows. It's clean, neat and with polite attentive service. I went for the Bahamian Conch chowder and found it to be one of the best most tasty around. I also had their Lobster Roll which was not only delicious with the roll bun having been caringly toasted as well as loaded with delicious lobster. What's more, in price comparison with what is served either at Linda Bean's or Kelly's Landing, a bargain. Another good thing about Lito's is that if you happen to be lucky as a fisherman, as we occasional are, but too tired out to cook catch, you can take it to Lito's and they'll prepare it for you!"

"Amazing food and service! My wife stopped here and ate yesterday 8/26 on our way to see Eric Church in Camden, NJ. We got a extra large LUNA SPECIAL pizza as well as cannoli's. The service was quick our waitress checked on us frequently and was spot on with every recommendation she made about the food. Other places I've too when I've asked a waitress or waiter their recommendation on the menu its usually the most expensive or a higher priced item. Our waitress gave us 2 or 3 things to try that were cheap or mid range. I can't rave enough about this place and can't wait to go back!Vegetarian options: My wife and I got a pizza with meat and veggies, but the veggies were amazing on our pizza. Nice big pieces of green pepper, onion and mushroom's. Hand cut too, not just dumped out of a bag. The veggie pizza options look amazing.Kid-friendliness: excellent environment for kidsParking: Plenty of parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door ways, and flat floors.Dietary restrictions: They have something for everybody that I saw. Alot of options if you are eating healthy or watching certain culinary items for health reasons."

"This small local deli is awesome. It is very tight inside, so two customers have to negotiate the passage through in front of the counter. That actually contributes to the charm. The food is always great, very affordable, the ingredients are fresh and the hosts are excellent cooks. 5/5 no question!"

"We really enjoyed this place! I got the blackened Mahi wrap. Got our drinks right away. The soda thing is near the dining area so that's cool. Food was great! I would recommend this place for sure! It's close to the wellington mall. They have an outdoor bar too. Service was fast and friendly. They have a little arcade for kids. Lots of different kinds of places to sit. Booth table, inside, outside. Huge menu. Seemed clean. I will go back one day for sure. Oh yeah and the prices are way reasonable too. Most things on the menu seemed to be $10-15"

"We were strolling around the area looking for breakfast and everywhere seemed to be closed. We found City Gourmet and were not expecting much at all. However, it was absolutely delightful! The bacon and cream cheese bagel was great. There's a great deli and drink selection too. Definitely recommend!"
