"First time here. Had a great experience. Interesting food and desserts. I had the Thanksgiving Plat. It was good. New with string beans n mushroom sauce covering the turkey. The staff were friendly. Especially the nice old lady/ Stewart. She's a lifer worker. A very nice person to talk to. I'm bad with names, but thank you for the talk. She kept the place clean n in order. Never got a chance to chk the John. But if she was on it to clean it . It must be spotless. I recommend the mushroom soup. I recommend this place."

"I live in Des Moines WA, I frequently drive to Everett WA to visit my son at JDM Off ROAD where he imports Japanese Domestic Market Vans to refurbish for sale to American Consumers. He is very fastidious and often gets so involved in what he is doing in the shop that he neglects to take time to eat. On several occasions I have ordered Pizza and Pasta from Amante Pizza and Pasta on Hewitt Ave in Everett. I have always been more than satisfied with quality and the high level of service that I have gotten from Maria and the delivery staff at the Everett store. Great job Maria!!! "If you’re going there as somewhere to eat, you are out of your rabid mind….But if you are picking up then bingo! When I tell you them boys can make a steak and cheese(combo) better than my mother ever could I meant it. Great taste, good portions, reasonable prices! I haven’t tried the whole menu but everything seems to have flavor. Looks can be deceiving, and this is a prime example, a must-try in the Boston neighborhood."

"We had an amazing experience! We visited for my birthday and because we wanted our whole family there, we brought our puppy! We sat at an outside table and they were so kind to us. A couple of staff even came out to say hi to our pup. She had a blast. Will definitely be doing this throughout the summer! What a great experience, and the food of course was DELICIOUS!"

"EDIT 2: Went back again using the gift cards the manager sent following my original post. Many things were improved from the first visit: the food was ready quickly even though I ordered in store; the serving size for the chicken la madeleine was larger, but still smaller than you get in store (it 's possible they 've changed portion sizes on this); and the food was generally better (potato soup was good). On the downside, the chicken la madeleine was just OK, and the side of green beans were close to inedible. I 'm giving this a final rating of three stars because the food is okay and it 's priced well, and the service was better. It 's also nice that the manager cared enough to reach out and send gift cards. EDIT: Added a star. Manager reached out to apologize and offer gift cards to give this location another try, which I will do and update here. ORIGINAL: This location seems to have gone downhill so fast that it could have medaled in the Winter Olympics. I used to eat at this location all the time. Today I picked up dinner for my family for the first time in a while from this location. We had a number of problems. The first was that my 15-20 minute wait turned into 50 even though there was maybe one other customer when I got there. I ordered the chicken la madeleine, which I used to always get. This time, the serving size for the entree was about 1/4 the size as it used to be (see photo). It was also cold and tasted about half as good as it used to. This was a full price dinner combo. They also failed to sub the broccoli for mashed potatoes. My wife’s potato soup was also not good, and it used to be very good. It looks like most of the recent reviews agree, one-star. Avoid this place."

"The staff is really nice. I usually get cancer, sometimes shrimps. The spicy Cajun taste is beautiful. Not for many guests within business days and weekends. Nice place to just cool and eat crusts. They never seem to have crabs, even in the season and their cancers are not frozen out. I don't mind, but my last visit was slippery. Some of my crustaceans were served cold. You don't care. Their drinks are fairly limited, but lemon water and other spices are free."

"we came back to the city last ostar and we stopped after a long trip to relax and have a nice bite. it rained and in the middle of the run tried not to get wet, I forgot my mask. I sent my son back to the car to get my mask, and one of the hired cried out from behind that I couldn't be in without a mask. I've honestly explained that it's raining, and I just forgot it and my little boy ran out to get it. She immediately said she'd call the police if I didn't leave. I thought she was joking as we were literally the only customers in it and she was 30 feet away from me and poured it out with thunder. she was obviously not when she started for the phone. lady, use a healthy sense. we have gone, and I am not back, and I will not go back after the little unknown ceremonies. I was so incredibly angry that she would rather stand in the pouring rain, instead of right in the door with no one, even in the restaurant, while she was behind a plate of bulletproof glass that wore a mask herself. I let many things go during the pandemic regarding hospitality and customer service, but this experience is the one I have never forgotten."

"My husband and I have been loyal customers of La Madeline in Ridglea since it opened in the early 1990s. However, we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of food and service in recent months. Today, the food and service were subpar.
