"One of the best buffets in Indian/Pakistani category. We had lunch buffet at this place on a Saturday and the food were amazing! Price is about $20. There were 16 dishes apart from the salad bar. All the fountain drinks are included with the buffet and I highly recommend the mango drinks. They served luchi, chicken tandoori, paya, goat curry, chicken biriyani, chicken korma among others. There were several vegetarian options available as well. Finally, I would like to mention that the taste of there food perfectly aligns with Bangladeshi recipes and it was a great experience for me. We will go there again!Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options were available. Alu gobi, butter fulkopi, chana masala etc.Parking: Sufficient free parking available on the premises"

"My friend and I were on the lookout for a new restaurant and stumbled upon this hidden gem! Chicago Curry House is a spot that everyone should visit and try some food. Everyone is welcome here! You absolutely must try the chicken pakora—it was delicious. We also ordered the lamb curry, chicken makhani (butter chicken), goat biryani, and garlic naan. Yes, we ordered quite a bit, but it was totally worth it! The wonderful gentleman who owns the place even let me sample a mango lassi, which was also fantastic. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for everything, and see you next time!"

"Ordered carry-out from here 2 nights in a row. Fantastic food, -1 star because the staff seemed pretty unhappy/wasn't very welcoming. The veg momos, paneer, and naan are all tasty. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

"Enjoy a delicious lunch buffet at this restaurant for $12.77 including tax. The food is tasty, the setting is relaxed, and the restrooms are clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating, making it a great choice for solo diners or large groups. There is also a private glass walled area for groups. The buffet offers at least 6 main entrees, various side dishes, salad, and rice and mango puddings for dessert. Don't be misled by claims of limited choices, as there is plenty to choose from. Let's support local businesses that have been struggling during the pandemic."

"I'm not a big fan of curry, but my family was having a gathering at The Kathmandu and so I went anyway. I'm happy to report that there were plenty of very tasty dishes which were not curry! Furthermore, the service was terrific, the food was all very good. It is a very nice restaurant and a great place to have a meal, with great ambiance. All the servers work very hard. One thing I really liked was they seem to work extra hard to keep the tables very clean and you feel like they make the extra effort to make certain every table is sort of like being used for the first time (spotless glass tabletop, shiny spotless plates, etc. . I really appreciate that level of cleanliness and efficiency. I'll go again sometime!"

"We had a fantastic time. The host was very gracious and the food was perfect. I ordered the shrimp vindaloo and asked for hot, but not so hot that he would kill me and they just have it right. My date loved her duck. We shared the onions bhaji appetizer and it was delish! We'll be back. It's great I'm working 1/4 miles from this place."

"have already heard one thing about this place and was curious to try, but was disappointed to discover that many of the well-respected dishes, like the tandoori escape and the goat mother, are no longer on the menu. what remains is sufficient, but hardly special. peat stew and okra side were decent, but goan meeres fruit curry offered dry, overboiled fish and the opening somosa chaat was bland. in the did nothing was especially spicy, including the dishes we demanded as spicy. points found for the piece ceramic in the chaat, which wait long to order, and the almost incomprehensible server. this place may have been especially on the opening, but it seems to destroy its offers to expand its appeal, which means it is just another Indian place in the neighbourhood now, but with higher trips and less appropriate execution. skip."

"What a great experience! We felt a little bad as we didn 't realize it was a dress up a little location . We have a toddler who definitely made a mess and some noise. We have not eaten here before and, wow! The food, service, and staff were great! We had a server who was very good at explaining what the food is and helped us order! He was honestly the best server we have had! He engaged with our little girl and didn 't make us feel unwelcome even though our daughter made a mess. Our son we recently adopted hasnt experienced Indian food before and he was in love! Thank you to India Place for a great experience. We didn 't get his name but our receipt says Charan!"

"this place was good. eating is hard in the wise that I think they have used oil more than traditional ingredients. the number of inherited in the Matar disc is sad and worse, as few mushrooms are in the Matar pill for $12. that was a good place, but now they're sneaking you. the meat dishes are worse and the quality is gone. the naan is still good, but he's not enough."

"India is a huge country. Each region has their own fabulous tastes. The Clay Oven represents India's Nepalese region. The flavors are unique and delicious! Afraid of hot food? No worries! They adjust it for the wuss in me and the heat my husband loves. We've had the buffet lunch on weekends- a great way to sample multiple dishes and introduce yourself to this type of Indian cuisine. And we have truly enjoyed the beautiful painted decor and soft lighting for an intimate dinner for just the two of us. We highly recommend The Clay Oven to foodies. Be adventurous! Try it tonight!"

"This restaurant offers a variety of noodle dishes, momos, and a selection of Nepalese and South Asian cuisine. The momos were steaming hot and served with a flavorful Indo-Chinese chili sauce. I opted for the beef filling in my momos, which were deliciously spiced and perfectly prepared. On the side, the surprisingly large aloo paratha provided a delightful contrast to the heat of the chili sauce. Mildly seasoned and brushed with oil, the potato-filled flatbread acted as a palate cleanser and a great vessel for soaking up the sauce. I highly recommend stopping by this establishment for a delicious and freshly prepared meal—no frills, just great food!"

"Most foods here are pretty good. It is the fusion of Indian flavor ingredients with American/Mexican style preparation. The Kathi roles are the best way to try their food. Burritos are also very good only a little rice, and a good amount of fillings. Rice dishes were fine. The Gobi frits were not good, they had an oily taste that was not appetizing."

"I love it. Testing all comparable places in the area, and this is the only one I regularly come back. We like the herbal samosas, the lamb biryani (we always ask for mild heat on it, but make sure that we want a lot of non-chili spices and the goat's corma. The goat is served on the bone, but I find it even more delicate and tasteful than the lamb (this is fantastic itself. If you like lamb and have not tasted goat, try it. The staff is also super friendly."

"The food was really good! I had gotten take out from the Essex location before and the food was good there, but it was so much better eating at the sit down restaurant here!I had the paneer Tika Masala, I hadn't had paneer before, it is a spongy rectangle like tofu, it was pretty decent but I prefer the texture of chicken and if you eat meat I would recommend the chicken Tikka Masala instead. But paneer is definitely a good vegetarian option. The only issue was that inside the building the lights were very dim and it was hard to read the menu, you may need to use your phone flashlight for that.Vegetarian options: The menu had a large amount of vegetarian options.Parking: Parking is just street parking in the city.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is on the same level as the sidewalk so if you are able to get on the sidewalk you will be able to get in the restaurant."
