On the side, the surprisingly large aloo paratha provided a delightful contrast to the heat of the chili sauce. Mildly seasoned and brushed with oil, the potato-filled flatbread acted as a palate cleanser and a great vessel for soaking up the sauce. This is the best momo I've had in the DMW area! The flavors are incredibly authentic, reminding me of Nepal. I've often been let down by the chowmein at other Nepalese restaurants, but this place serves the best I've ever tasted. Thank you for making my day!
