"During my first visit to RBC, someone in our group mentioned that they have a new head chef. I’m not sure if that’s the case, but a change would definitely be beneficial right now. The food lacked flavor, and my salmon was a bit undercooked. While the service was acceptable, it was not exceptional; I shouldn’t have to ask for something three times. To top it off, we were informed at the end that a 19% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. This should be clearly stated on a large sign at the entrance and boldly printed at the top of the menu. It comes off as a tacky practice. Overall, this place feels pretentious but fails to deliver on its promises."
