"On the way to my first visit to RBC someone in our group mentioned that they have a new head chef. I’m not sure if that’s true but they could certainly use a change now. The food was almost tasteless and my salmon was slightly under done. Service was acceptable but not great. You shouldn't have to ask for something 3 times. At the end we were informed that there was a 19% gratuity required. This should be on a large sign at the door and in large block letters across the top of the menu, this is a cheesy practice. This place is pretentious but doesn’t deliver."

Love the Fresh Fish nice portion. Service was exceptional. Great View of city skyline. Overall fantastic value compared to other restaurants of similar standing.

Nice restaurant with view of St. Johns River. Food taste great but menu is very small and prices are high. Expect to pay an average of $25.00 per plate. And that’s just the entree. The beer is inexpensive though. I've been to better places. I would not go again.

I love this restaurant. It's right on the water so it has a gorgeous view. With the white linen tables and low lights with candles... it's very romantic. The best time to go is around the holidays and New Years. They have it all decorated and beautiful. The food is good. They have delicious fresh fish specials. My husband and I love it. Lunch is pretty good there too. The prices are a lot better but the atmosphere is just better at night. They even have a deck where you can dance.
