"FIVE STARS! ? I had a less than stellar experience this evening as I ordered a Zak Snack meal and two drinks. The girl asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out. 15 mins later, still no food so I went in, I was at that point running late for a meeting. My order got lost (or something so they immediately got the manager and she came out right away. I don?t know her name, but I?ve seen her there before as I?m a very frequent customer. She couldn?t have been more sweet and accommodating the awesome guys in the back had a meal ready for me in literally in 60 seconds and the manager offered to refund my order. I go here all the time, they have the BEST chicken and the BEST iced tea! And honestly, they have the best customer service they are always so cheerful and kind. Sometimes a mistake happens, it happens to every business, so I don?t judge a business based on a mistake, but yet how that mistake is managed and handled. Swiftly and professionally is what I experienced tonight. Thank you, Zaxby?s and the most amazing manager (I should have gotten her name! I?m a customer for life! ?"

"3 stars for average of my previous and current experience here. My experience eating here today was absolutely gross. The chicken and fries were a mix of being lukewarm and cold. The sprite was completely flat. The sauce tasted weird. I won’t be back for a long time, if ever. Not sure what happened in the kitchen today but it tasted utterly terrible. I’ve been here multiple times with the previous experiences tasting great, that’s the only reason for 3 stars. Otherwise my experience today was a 0/5 stars."

"We?ve eaten here a few times. We always get it to go. This time we ordered online and picked up our meal threw the drive thru. Almost every single time we?ve eaten here some part of the order is wrong. Luckily the food is good so even if it?s wrong it?s still good enough to eat. We got the family meal deal of 30 boneless wings, comes with two large fries and toast. We added fried pickles and an extra order of fries to the order. Ordering online made the meal perfect! Nothing was wrong with the order itself. However all the chicken was super cold. Weird but the fries were hot. Pickles were warm too. Just the chicken was cold (30 seconds in microwave fixed that! . All three flavors were pretty good. Although this isn?t my favorite place I?m sure we?ll eat here again out of convenience."

"The fried chicken at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The buttery toast is also a highlight. Although the meal is mostly fried carbs, the wings and things plate comes with some celery for balance. I need to try the other wing sauces, but I really like the zaxbys sauce. Almost everything on the menu can be dipped in either the zaxbys sauce or ranch, but I personally prefer the zaxbys sauce."

"I’ve ordered here many times before. I normally just get tenders and fries. The tenders aren’t great, but they’re not horrible. They’re pretty small and frequently are overcooked/hard. The fries are a bit better, but seasoning is never put on them.However, I decided to order something different this time. I got the cheddar bites and the chicken sandwich. The cheddar bites were good, but the chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was hard and rubbery. It didn’t look pink, so I’m assuming that the meat was bad quality or it was just extremely overcooked.Definitely won’t be coming here anymore."

"I'm from out of town so I stopped by on my way back home because I was starving. I don't necessarily frequent Zaxby's that often because I'm always on the go in a rush and they're not as common to find on the way to going places as you would any regular fast food place. Luckily I spotted this one on the map and remembered how good their Wings and Things are, so I went made that my lunch stop. Immediately as I walked in the smell of the food was amazing. I went to the restroom before ordering my food and it was very nice and clean. I proceeded to order my food and the lady that took my order (wish I would have looked at her name tag) was super nice and helpful. The whole team in the back seem to work well together. They were all doing something and keeping things moving. I observed as they placed the orders on the line to be served and not a single order stayed there for more than a few seconds. Everything on the condiments table was properly stocked and their platters are so filling and yummy, just like I remember (I wish I could take a nap now). I'm so glad I stopped here for lunch. Excellent team."

"Pulled up to the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. It took almost 10 minutes for them to take my order. Literally no cars in the parking lot during peak dinner time. They take about 3 minutes to take my order and then when I get to the window to pay, they tell me to park so they can bring it out to me. I waited another 5 mins. So almost 20 minutes to get a chicken finger plate with no other customers to tend to besides one other car."

"On our way back to Miami, we decided to stop at Zaxby's, and it was a great choice. The bathroom was impressively clean. The young lady who took our order was incredibly efficient and read back the order to ensure everything was correct. We ordered cheese bites, fries, chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The food was delicious! The cheese bites were served piping hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was incredibly tender, fried to perfection, with excellent sauces. We will definitely be adding Zaxby's to our list of regular road trip stops."
