"I’ve ordered here many times before. I normally just get tenders and fries. The tenders aren’t great, but they’re not horrible. They’re pretty small and frequently are overcooked/hard. The fries are a bit better, but seasoning is never put on them.However, I decided to order something different this time. I got the cheddar bites and the chicken sandwich. The cheddar bites were good, but the chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was hard and rubbery. It didn’t look pink, so I’m assuming that the meat was bad quality or it was just extremely overcooked.Definitely won’t be coming here anymore."

The food we received was not fresh at all. The bread was stale, and I’ve had much better experiences with my orders in the past—about 90% better, in fact. This time it was simply disappointing and definitely not worth the price we paid!

they deleted my review where i posted a picture of how a blonde hair was baked into one of my cookies. so i’m posting again. this is the worst zaxby’s i’ve ever been to and i will gladly make the drive to winter park because they value their customers and hygiene.
