"The food here was good. The sake was good and the server explained it well. However, for the price point, I want: great service with explanations of what the food is (we had to ask what every single course was); professional service (not a chef who is drinking alcohol during our whole experience a server who looked as if he just rolled out of bed); not hear foul language course discussions. This is not a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star. We have enjoyed several other Michelin star restaurants and this leaves a lot to be desired. It is a good sushi restaurant. We were all extremely disappointed and uncomfortable."

Wonderful Omakase experience. A ton of personality from the chef and his cuisine. Highly recommend if you can afford this pricey dinner spot in Orlando, FL. Sake pairing are a must.

Best sushi in town, hands down. Jen is a truly special human. Mark is infinitely skilled in sushi and musical stylings. It's always a treat when I can save up and get in for this incredible twist on a traditional Japan like experience.Food: 5/5

There are no words to describe the experience at kadence! But I will try… not only is it the freshest, most decadent sushi you’ve ever tasted, the service is on another level. The owners are so attentive, kind and fun! Every bite is the best bite you’ve ever had! And also the toilet and bathroom is 10/10. Trust me. Also their takeout is always incredible as well.
