"Baltaire is an exceptional experience. The space and ambiance are amazing. Staff and management on point. They do American Steakhouse they way it should be done. Mac n Cheez is best in city. Everything in shareable portions which is great for party of 4 or 6. Plenty of space so you feel quite private even though there are many people in the massive dining hall. King Crab Louie and Lobster Cobb were 5 star as well as the delicious crispy fries. Meat, Meat, Meat is the way to go and they have what you need to succeed! Perfectly seared, charred, and temperature correct. The quality is supreme with beautiful marbling producing flaky, juicy bites. If more is needed, there’s cheese. One of best cheese selections in the city, an oft overlooked but wonderful way to finish off that 2nd bottle. Do yourself a favor and get the beignets for dessert."

"We celebrated our anniversary here and we didn't tell them until our dinner was over when one of the owners came by and we had to talk. We told unintentionally that it was our anniversary and they thank us for the celebration with them. Then they shocked us with such a beautiful dessert and dessert wine. We couldn't eat it because we were full and ordered 2 desserts. But generosity and thought was simply heartwarming. They went beyond our expectations for the night. We enjoyed all our dishes and the wonderful server Jacopo. We knew the food was great as my husband had previously sacrificed her food for his team. He didn't expect the food to be excellent. Make sure you dive! The whole fish (dorade) was well seasoned and creamy textured. Super delicious and can serve 2 people in my opinion. I had 1/4 of them because I was filled with the appetizer and their delicious Pita spread combo. We'll be back. A real jewel and when the servers and owners take care, it shows! "I ordered the shrimp rolls which were a nice size, nicely stuffed and very tasty. I also ordered the mixed vegetables with shrimp and brown rice. Unfortunately I didn't care for the brown rice but the mixed vegetables were very tasty and cooked to perfection. I definitely plan on ordering from here again. If you have not tried them I encourage you to do so I don't think you will be disappointed."

"The original hostess took forever to sit us down even with a reservation. Then we sat by the bar and ordered some drinks. Since it was taking forever we decided to order at bar and told them if food comes and we are seated will let them know. Upon getting seated the hostess seemed dissapointed that we ordered at bar Place is nice and atmosphere is cool But we gotta work on some of the staff as our experience was terrible in that regard."
