"Vinny's is farther away from our house but it is worth driving past all the other pizza/Italian places. The food is sooo delicious and my husband and I love the variety it offers. We usually get the Vinny's special which includes up to 8 regular or premium toppings, but my in-laws were visiting last night and their health concerns only allow for white sauce pizza. So we ordered the white sauce pizza with chicken added. I never would have thought to order this without them, but it turned out to be amazing. My new favorite pizza! The service here is also spectacular. The lady at the front always makes you feel welcome and tries her best to fulfill special requests. My husband was craving a thick crust pizza so she made our white pizza into a thick crust even though I think they don't normally offer that. Last night when I went to pick up our order I told her I would wait in the car with my dog until it was ready, intending to come back in, but she delivered the pizza out to my car. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and going the extra mile. I have had a lot of great pizza experiences but trust me when I say, this is my favorite place in Jacksonville."
