"Sat there for 15 minutes and left. Wasn’t even served a drink. The owners wife is the only server and the owner talks up a big story. They really don’t understand fine dining. I live a block away and they’re always empty. I wonder!!! I went back to the restaurant to give it another chance and the service or lack of it was the same. This time the owner was our server and he ended up charging us a service charge of 20 percent."

"only at this place to foot, they can smell the legitimacy of Indian culture at this place. first visitor. Buffett was not open for covid. the water is filled with water. I order beer that was poured into a glass. it was cold. for eating we ordered butter huh and aloo palak. we also had samosas and butter naan. the food was delish! our waitress was welcoming and offered to help us with the order. the toilet of the men was clean and smells decent. the interior of the restaurant could use something dc, blinds were barely hanging on the windows. quite basic decoration. all in all, would recommend and will look back in the face of the chance."

"The best! Everything was delicious and flavorful. The Lamb Vindaloo Chicken Tikka were bomb. I loved the spice on the vindaloo and my sister loved the Tikka sauce. Even though I'm visiting Jackson's family, I don't mind the 20-minute drive to Flowood because the Indian food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. "Our experience was lovely at this new, neighborhood restaurant until the bill came. They charge $12.00 for a medium sized bottle of Pellegrino water. Since I thought it was an error I mentioned it to the server to which she nervously replied that yes, it is correct and we have had this issue with customers before. There was no manager at the time so they called the owner who instructed them to charge $8.00. Then he came back and said “ok...$6.00”. I found this to be in such poor taste, embarrassing, and a lack of business acumen on the part of the owner. Especially for a brand new neighborhood restaurant looking to attract new customers among the many other choices for Indian cuisine. How about... “Thank you for coming in tonight. The water is on us and we hope to see you again soon!”. Despite this, the food was very good. Beware of ordering bottled water without being told the ridiculous price upfront!"
