"Our waiter was pleasant at first, but he seemed to forget about us after a while. Perhaps he had too many tables to handle; we noticed him bustling around to assist other guests while we were left waiting for an extended period to place our order. When we finally did, we requested that the bread be brought out first, but it took 25 minutes to arrive, and it all came at once—not in courses as we would have expected. As a result, our main dishes and sides were cold by the time we finished the salad.
After a long wait, we finally saw our waiter again and asked to see the dessert menu, and my partner ordered an instant cup of coffee. Fifteen minutes later, we expressed our frustration at the lack of service, which was overheard by a busboy who acknowledged our dissatisfaction. Eventually, our waiter returned to provide us with decent service, though not without an eye-roll. Unfortunately, this is no longer the restaurant it once was."
