Stopped by last night for a Medium ...Full of tender steak, the roll was perfect [a critical component! and the Medium feeds a very hungry guy quite well. I have been consuming cheese steaks in the Greater Philadelphia area for 60 of my 67 years, and Pino 's is right there as one of the very best. "Our server was never informed that it was my buddies bday! This was placed in the open table reservation. The server blamed the host who most likely blamed open table. The food is a bit expensive but the quality was good. Because this was a special event the food everyone had was good but I had to keep requesting drinks. I have ate here before and the food never disappoints but the service for what we paid should be able to anticipate that you will need drinks and just have them flowing and then this would be good. The tables for a guy my size are a bit narrow but I will say this slim shaming booth trend is an epidemic in all expensive restaurants."

"This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and cheese fries. As I picked up my order, the staff gave me a complimentary chicken leg to try, and it was delicious. The chicken parmigiana had perfectly cooked fillets that could hold their own in today's chicken sandwich competitions. It was one of the best chicken parmes I've ever tasted. The cheese fries were also excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed."

"We were definitely looking forward to trying this place out based on the reviews and the fact that they are having a nice wine and food tasting. However, we were a little taken aback when we walked in. Very, very casual atmosphere with a DJ which quitehonestly wasn't necessary for the amount of people. The Bar area does look nice which is what we were drawn to in the picturesbut the rest...... nothing to write home about. Primarily the bar was almost full so we sat at 2 seats available there. Ordereda couple drinks and food. Food took quite a while. My husband had finished his drink so had to get the bartenders attention. Shewas talking to other clientele. Asked about another drink in the reviews and where our food was. No longer had the drink sojust had a glass of wine. Food still took awhile. Mine finally came. Wasn't bad (could make at home) but had a really burntcrust on 1 side. His came and he said it was good. They did comp 1 beer because of how long the food took but on the way home,hubby said I don't need to go back there. Sorry. ????"

"I am not sure why this restaurant is still listed on OpenTable. I booked a reservation for December 22nd, but when I arrived, they informed me that they do not accept reservations made through OpenTable. It seems that others have experienced the same issue based on other reviews. It is confusing why OpenTable is allowing reservations to be made at a restaurant that does not honor them."

"We were hoping to discover a great restaurant off the beaten path. Sadly, for as pricey as it was, we were not impressed with the food, the service, or the value. Our dishes: lamb chops, pumpkin ravioli, fettuccini, and the shrimp and scallops. Lamb chops-ok. Well cooked, not much of a portion. Ravioli-not much flavor, and three or four of the ten were empty Fettuccine-my friend seemed to enjoy it, but didn't race about it, and didn't finish it Shrimp and scallops-it's in the appetizer list. My friend loved it. Though the two shrimp were ok, the two scallops were perfectly cooked. We split a 60 bottle of wine, one of the least expensive on the list. It was good. Don't know that I need to go back. And if someone asked me, I'd say there are better restaurants downtown for less ."

"I ordered food from this restaurant but there was a mix-up with my address right from the start. I had to repeat it five times to the person taking my order. After an hour, the driver called saying he was outside, but when I went out, he was nowhere to be found. It turns out he was at an address 10 minutes away. I tried calling the restaurant to explain the situation, but the person I spoke to couldn't seem to get the address right. After waiting for two hours, I had to cancel my order and get a refund. It's disappointing because I used to like this place, but the service seems to be going downhill."

"I ordered the linguini alfredo with grilled salmon and vegetables. the linguini was very tasty, but unfortunately the salmon was very dry, and the sweet was overcooked. another gassed at my table ordered the chicken finger meal, and the hen was dry and salty, not to mention that it served at least 10 pieces, much too much and a waste of food."

"Passed by this place several times and decided to try it. We were surprised with how big it is inside with more seating upstairs. Food was great! We had spaghetti and meatballs and a white pizza with chicken and arugula; excellent flavor on both and we learned how tasty a coal-fired pizza can be! "The owners here use people. They drive a $100k BMW have their kids working here. If you deliver for them, they pay 6 bucks an hour, you're washing all the dishes and doing all the cleaning while his kids take all the deliveries. They hide tips and probably keep half. When i called him out on it, the owner shaddi tells me i look like a druggie. What a joke this guy makes fun of people. He's keeping tips if that's his only response to an older skinny guy who has cancer. I grew up in an orphanage because my mother was an addict. So this really upsets me. Especially since i dont use drugs. Rich guy picking on people that he uses. Well done. They don't clean at all. They have a rodent problem. Dead mice or rats out back and you can smell it."

"I just ordered lunch from here today for me and my coworker.On the order and receipt that was given to me I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar wrap w fries and a roast beef on wheat toast w mustard and onions which comes w chips. When they delivered they only brought my chicken ceasar wrap. When I called to get the 2nd half that was missing the lady on the phone starts to get argumentative stating that the roast beef doesn't come w chips but their menu clearly states that. She wasn't acknowledging that they missed mu roast beef until I told her that it was on my receipt. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed that it didn't in fact come with chips. They just delivered my second half of the order and they had tomatoes and lettuce. When it clearly states no tomatoes and lettuce. Never again.. the lady was very argumentative and didn't apologize when she realized she was wrong."

"We had the Texas Burrito, crazy pommes, fried steak and avacado plate. All were presented beautifully and more than many portions. For the quantity of food we received, I think prices were very reasonable if not under what I expected. We also serve fresh chips and salsa. The place was very clean and our server was pleasant and attentive. All in all was a 5 star!!!!!! I'm going back. Also forget to mention the menu is extensive with many beef, chicken and shrimp or fish dishes. Can't wait to try the meal."
