I booked a reservation for December 22nd, but when I arrived, they informed me that they do not accept reservations made through OpenTable. I informed the hostess that I had a reservation, but the man at the front desk responded rudely saying, "We don't take reservations, what are you talking about? How many people are in your party?" I was confused because this was not the first time I had made a reservation using OpenTable.
