"The food was excellent, and the service timing was commendable. However, the restaurant seemed to be lacking in cleanliness, as there were not many clean plates or napkins available. We requested small plates for our appetizers three times, only to be informed that none were clean. Some of our appetizers took about 20 to 30 minutes to arrive after we ordered them. When we ordered an alcoholic beverage, it was served in a smaller glass than usual. Instead of informing us that they were out of clean glasses and either preparing the drink in the correct size once they had one available or asking if we still wanted it, they ended up serving us a half drink. Overall, the restaurant appeared unprepared, but we still enjoyed the experience thanks to the delicious food."

"we tried to order home salads for appetizers when we received them, the crooutons were extremely stale. we have said to the server politely that our crumbs were stale and we would pay for the salads and drinks and just go. a young lady I was suspected said we were in order and could go. how nice of them that they don't invite us for a bite of smiling. we also waited to have at least 10 minutes sitting with several employees who just looked at us in a completely empty restaurant."

"Walked in and there was no host at the front of the restraunt on a fairly slow afternoon around 1:00pm. They told us we had to wait 15 min to be seated, when there were plenty of open booths and chairs open for us to be seated. The food is average and theservers are nice but need to be trained properly. I am a manager at a burger place and I understand things happen, but we couldatleast have been seated for drinks or to look at the menu, but we weren?t given that option at all."

"Today we came to Chili for my birthday. In view of the hurry, Kovid, the employee who is meeting so many restaurants and shops, I would like to express a huge scream to the two ladies who served my husband and me today. You ladies rocked it and did a fantastic job to stay on your guests. I didn't wait for it at all. Two women served all the madness of lunch. What customers do not remember is that these servers are people with emotions. They work extra hard, extra hours, are away from family and friends. You don't get time for bath breaks or sometimes even for lunch. They are exhausted and yet they continue to serve with a smile, regardless of how broken they can feel after being yelled by someone who had to wait too long. I will sit there and wait for these two ladies to remain amazing. You're doing great! I think the name of our server was Laura."

"I have visited this restaurant location three times now. The service is usually quite good, but I have found the food to be disappointing. On my most recent visit, the chicken wings were undercooked and could have used more sauce. The original chicken crispers were overcooked and too brown on the outside. The burger bites were missing onions, and the bacon bits kept falling off. I also noticed that the manager never came by to check on our table, and it seems like there are often issues in the kitchen."

"I don't care about eating chili, so I'm trying to stay away. but I have been with my parents twice recently and the first time that our food was given to another table and had to be restored because a food runner was screwed, we waited well over 30 minutes for a long wait time to order and get ready for a starter. the second time I just wanted a steak on my birthday that was a Monday, so chili is unfortunately the only option without going to tyler. I don't think there was a host or busser, someone (not the server) sat at a dirty table without menus. they knew the table with a dry serviette, no purer at all, then we waited 10 minutes before I got up and had to find some menus myself because the server was busy with 3 other tables, while the woman who sat us just disappeared somewhere in the back. Once the server was able to come to us, she did a good job, although eating so fast was the steak was really hard, parts that we undercooked, and the brokkoli was almost raw. I can say that this place suffers and I really wish it would only close if the personal problem is so difficult."

"This place is terrible. The cashier was on her personal phone talking and had us stand there waiting until she got off the phone so we could order and pay. She then said card machine doesn’t work because it’s raining outside but we could use cash app?? Very sketchy why would I cash app a “business.” We decided to leave because the whole experience was weird. I’ve been to other Genghis Grill locations that were good but don’t recommend this place."

"The restaurant was not clean and we had to request for the table to be cleaned, which seems to be a common occurrence at this Chili's location. Despite arriving last minute, we still had to seek assistance as if we were at Walmart. On a positive note, the drinks and food were enjoyable. Overall, we rated the food a 4 out of 5."

"I order Chili's To-Go quite often and every single time something is wrong with my order. Today was the last straw for me... I pulled up to get my lunch order and instead of it being brought out curbside, the person working stood at the door waving my order and gesturing for me to get out and get it...Upon receiving my order, once again it was wrong. I went inside to get it corrected and instead of the person fixing it, they challenged me stating that they put the item in the bag. This is unacceptable and I will not return! This location is convenient to my home and if I don't cook I prefer casual dining over fast food... After many poor experiences with Chili's To-Go I just can't continue to waste my time and money at this establishment. I hope you guys adhere to the many reviews given on a poor experience and take ownership of your brand and product. Peace!"

"I took the granddaughters Sydney Emma to Chili's for a late lunch or early dinner. It was great. 1st let me say there's no Chili's in the north Iowa. I had the ribeye which was cooked to perfection. The loaded mash potatoes were hot, that's good They have new side called onion peddles. They were delicious. Chilis is always consistently good. That's why I like it. The price is affordable too."
