"if I could give zero stars, I would. Eat took out forever, we had a order of great mouths served us, which were stoned, as hard as a rock. the food runner who brought out the food, said we were out and nothing else. each court had a missing side. bands were very hard at the edges. the manager has compiled the big mouthpieces. I don't care we had to pay anything. we haven't eaten, and when food comes out of the kitchen, I can't trust anything else. this is very regrettable, very doubtful we will ever be back to this place."

It was a nice change from the usual rush to clock in and go home that I experience every day. Meeting someone who truly values their reputation and customers was refreshing. "My husband and I went to the restaurant for a late lunch. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. Our server quickly arrived at our table, but did not introduce himself so we did not know his name. He was pleasant, but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered our drinks right away - I had the blackberry margarita and my husband had a soda. The margarita was tasty but a bit expensive. For our main course, we ordered burgers. I had the southern smokehouse burger which was supposed to come with BBQ sauce, but I did not receive it. My husband had the old timer, both served with fries. The burgers and fries were delicious and generous in size - I was only able to finish half of mine. Despite the server's shortcomings, we plan to give the restaurant another chance in the hope of a better experience next time. I would still recommend the restaurant due to the quality of the food."

"Do you want Chili's for lunch? Sure said I. Thinking that the dine out experience would be equal to dining in. Clearly it isn't, I don't know what this chicken sliced gizzard looking stuff on lettuce is supposed to be but it certainly isn't a chicken Caesar salad that I would receive if I was sitting in the dining room. "we really wanted to have a more positive experience than the last three, server started strong, then in no server faded. sizzling fajitas not sizzle, had to ask for sweet substance, refilling tee more than once. Last time we were there, a manager said they knew about the problems and we were working to solve. that was over a month ago and it was better still worse, lowest peak in a long time at 20% we get it time are challenging, but also the table behind us asked to talk to a manager."

"All about our dinner tonight was fabulous! We were greeted in a very beautiful way and sitting immediately. Our server appeared quickly afterwards and was extremely helpful and professional. He refilled our glasses cheerfully and didn't hunt an eye when I asked him for an extra dipping sauce to go with my appetizer. My husband's dinner came and tasted great! He had the best-baked pommes he had for a long time. I come to Chilli 's for the signature dish South Western Western eggs especially rolls because I enjoy their avocado ranch sauce that perfectly compliments the appetizer. Very friendly service, great food and positive atmosphere are consistently coming together in this Chilli's restaurant and that's what keeps us coming back!"

"We had to wait for 20 minutes, but we went during lunchtime so it was expected. The service was excellent. The server quickly took our drink orders and asked if we needed more time to look at the menu, which we didn't. The staff was polite and attentive throughout our meal. "Haven't been here in 2 years since just before the pandemic hit, we live across the border in Niagara Falls and my father and mother always wanted to go across the border. This was one of our favorite restaurants!! This was our 2nd visit in 4 days across the border but we had to come here as it was 1 of my dad's favorites and sadly we lost him in July. My mom and I had a couple of our favorites. We are so glad that you carry awesome blossom onion petals now as they were absolutely fabulous and my mom loved her favorite Southwest chicken soup!! Lena was our waitress in the restaurant side and we couldn't have been happier as she was extremely friendly, cheerful, had a friendly smile and very accommodating! This young lady is a great asset to your restaurant as prior to the pandemic, a lot of the serving staff and management were not so great!!! That's why we even had stopped coming here for a short time. The pandemic seems to have served you and us as well in one respect!! We are grateful for the changeover in staff. We'll be back for Lena and the new menu and happy hour!!!"

"My friend and I were in town on weekends and found Francie two years ago because it was close to our hotel, we stopped for lunch as soon as we landed. It was still very familiar faces that the bar, sports on TV, beer including some local selection and good food. Love it and we went back to watch a game Saturday and were privileged to be part of a wedding party while stopping at their favorite bar briefly. Fun place, cold beer, good food, friendly faces, what more could you ask?"

"There was no wait to be seated. All of the servers were energetic and friendly. They provided great customer service and continously checked on us. We got the brisket burger, which I highly recommend, and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. That was my first time trying the quesadillas and now it's going to be one of my go-to meals there! They provide you with a huge portion! The price was about $50, but we also got an alcoholic beverage. I would recommend signing up to be a rewards member. It's FREE and you get FREE chips and salsa every visit, or a non-alcoholic beverage."
