"Michael Amador continues to make some of the most original and tasty dishes in town. My wife had French onion soup and I had the Mexican tortilla soup, both very flavorful and yummy on a cool Santa Barbara night. I had the woven salmon and halibut on pesto which was as delicious as it was beautiful. Same great tastes and ingenuity as Uncorked. We went the second week after opening, and the overall staff work was pretty good for this early on, and I am certain it will only get better. Highly recommended. And the best news, Sunday night fried chicken is back to eat there or to go."
