"it was graduated weekend and we had one of the bubbles so not sure if that was why our service and overall experience were not better. our first order of the tapas came fast, but after that drinks and our main dish were few and far between our tellers came dirty, so we did not use them only little dinge that did not happen, other times that I have eaten here. Eating in the blase was fun! love that they keep this year again!"

"They did not honor our 8:00 reservation and they kept blowing us off every time we asked about it. We were told we couldn’t enter til 9:00 and that food isn’t served at that time. The manager said they tried to call us to explain the problem but that I didn’t answer. Well, I have the transcript from their voicemail and nothing was said about dinner only that a Ticket to the show is required. I called back and left my own message that everyone in my party had tickets. We were at the venue at 7:45 and told all employees who would listen that we had a dinner reservation at 8:00. They chose to ignore us and everyone of them, including the manager, refused to take responsibility. They finally let us in at 8:45 and hurriedly took dinner orders making sure to tell us again that the restaurant closes at 9:00!!! This was the worst restaurant situation I’ve ever dealt with. Very disappointing. I would recommend Victory House for live shows, but not for a dinner and show combination."

"Very underwhelming meal. The pork nachos barely had any topics. The tater tots were flat (looked like fried pickles) and a small quantity. My husband didn't like his tequila chicken pasta at all. The Philly was good. It's a shame, we love this place in-person but our Door Dash order was terrible!"

"We ordered Billy's Classic Burger* 15.00Choice of cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, Pepper Jacket or Bleu cheese (jalapeño Cream Cheese add .50). I had the Swiss cheese and my daughter had the provolone cheese on her. The burgers had a roasted bungalow that was really delicious! Billy's burgers are made of fresh food, boiled medium, and served on a brioche back with your choice of fries, homemade potato chips or Baja Slaw. We had the frits that came out hot, but were more like heated pommes that you really can't chew. The service was really good. But the Pommes wish I had the homemade potato chips. Three stars."

"On the same day we ate there, I got Online and made a reservation for me and my wife's 30th year Anniversary. We had never eaten there and wanted something different, something we both never had. Upon arrival, we were greeted and without even asking, the host immediately asked if the table was for two. I said yes and also advised him there had been a reservation. He obliged and said it was not a problem. Our waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Hot wings appetizer good tasting but temperature of the wings was a bit on the cold side, as if they had been not so fresh. overall main meal was very good. Waiter assisted us in taking a picture as well as treating us to Apple Pie Alamode!"
